Alex is a great host! The apartment was perfect for our needs, clean, equiped and close to shops. The place is well sound proofed so couldn't hear my kids enjoying the screen during calls, there were plenty of local parks they visited and we enjoyed the evening sun on the balcony on a lazy evening. I'll definitely be booking again.

We had a fantastic stay at The Lodge! It was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Sue and Kevin were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and the breakfast basket had the best brownies in the world! They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to charging our electric car, which made things so much easier for us. We really appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back one day. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place, hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Well appointed place they had thought of everything one might need for a relaxing stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Absolutely loved this place. The view out over the fields, the footpath from the door down to the river, the super comfortable bed, neat little kitchen area and thoughtful design. The village is pretty, a few minutes walk to the friendly local shop, several pubs and the beautiful, ancient, Dorchester Abbey. Great for visiting Oxford and the surrounding area.

Wow! this place is just amazing. The attention to detail is above and beyond expectations. That extra mile that Gabriella and Phil goes makes you instantly feel both at home and excited, to be somewhere fresh and new. Harry is an amazing host, the check in process was super smooth. The place was perfect and clean. The pool table and dart board were really fun! the beds were comfortable and the location was amazing! Harry's place was a 10/10!!

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Everything is walkable from the house. The property is in really good condition, with a wonderful sun-trap bit of outdoor space. Kitchen is well equipped and the host kindly provided extra cooking utensils we had asked for. Lashings of hot water for all four bathrooms. There is a real homely feel to the property. Can't recommend it or the host more highly.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

the stable block was beautifully decorated throughout. and very clean. Very peaceful location yet in easy access of Stratford upon Avon, leamington and warick. Bill was very helpful and friendly but gave us privacy too, the accomodation being close to the main house.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

My friend and I had a very pleasant stay at Neil's place for a couple of nights. It felt like a safe and private location where you can visit interesting places close by such as National Trust sites and Bletchley Park. The apartment was spotless and Neil was very responsive throughout. Would absolutely recommend 👍🏼

Nigel and Emma were lovely hosts. Great communication and respectful of space. The space itself is very tastefully done and provided everything I needed plus nice touches of breakfast and nibbles items. The location is perfect to explore this beautiful town. Beautiful remote place close to the city! The host was absolutely brilliant. We made truly special memories since it was rented for our wedding which was close in Navigation Inn! The view is so peaceful & the apartment is luxurious. It will stay in my heart!

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.
