We had a fantastic stay at The Lodge! It was cosy, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Sue and Kevin were wonderful hosts - so welcoming and full of great recommendations that really made our trip special. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and the breakfast basket had the best brownies in the world! They were also incredibly accommodating when it came to charging our electric car, which made things so much easier for us. We really appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back one day. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Our second time staying at the nest- we just love it here. such a stunning place with lovely views. the villiage is really sweet with lots of amazing walking spots and pubs. the host is very friendly and extremely responsive. we will stay again for sure.

Lovely, clean, bright and spacious apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Good bus services into Oxford and we were able to park at the apartment throughout our stay. Communication with Tom was excellent, he was able to accommodate all of our requests. Highly recommended, thank you Tom.

That extra mile that Gabriella and Phil goes makes you instantly feel both at home and excited, to be somewhere fresh and new. Harry is an amazing host, the check in process was super smooth. The place was perfect and clean. The pool table and dart board were really fun! the beds were comfortable and the location was amazing! Harry's place was a 10/10!!

Perfection , pure and simple. If you find this property available for your dates just book it immediately...you will not be disappointed The entire property is spotlessly clean, furnished in the comfortable style of the house and grounds ( think country manor ) The gardens are beautiful and my wife fell in love with the 5 Alpacas, which Stephanie, the owner introduced and let my wife join her during feeding them. Stephanie is the best host we have encountered in our travels. Always available , incredibly friendly and helpful. Additionally , the visitors guide provided on arrival is a marvel of detailed and very interesting facts and recommendations for the surrounding area Cannot praise any higher , we arrived stressed and exhausted after our transatlantic flight but 5 days later we were so relaxed and rejuvenatedwe did not want to leave would give 10 stars if allowed !!!!!!!!!

Excellent location with plenty of parking. Everything is walkable from the house. The property is in really good condition, with a wonderful sun-trap bit of outdoor space. Kitchen is well equipped and the host kindly provided extra cooking utensils we had asked for. Lashings of hot water for all four bathrooms. There is a real homely feel to the property. Can't recommend it or the host more highly.

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

the stable block was beautifully decorated throughout. and very clean. Very peaceful location yet in easy access of Stratford upon Avon, leamington and warick. Bill was very helpful and friendly but gave us privacy too, the accomodation being close to the main house.

Absolutely top. Warren was very welcoming when showing us around the place was in great condition and exactly as shown. Bedrooms all had TVs and Kitchen was well stocked for extras coffee sauces and condiments and bathrooms had soap towels and extras if you forgot something. 100% would stay again.

Neil’s place was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I recommend it to anyone interested and look forward to staying again.

Had such a lovely stay here, it was in a great location- the town centre was close and lots of places to see, including Jephson Gardens which was such a highlight for me! The apartment was clean, tidy and very cosy it was exactly as pictured- Nigel & Emma were very responsive too 😊 I really recommend staying here as it was in such a lovely area!

Petra is a fantastic host. Quick responses, and very analytical details for check-in. Her welcome folder was fantastic. Thank you! 100mbps broadband. SkyTV etc. Single space, on driveway parking. As my very first experience of AirBnB, I can say, Petra’s listing is worth every penny. The furnishings and general feel of the place was to a very very high standard. The lighting was amazing. Lots of plugs and USB sockets dotted around the place, and next to the bed, which was super helpful. Super clean. Fantastic views. Lovely area. Only minor downside for me, was the bathroom. Don’t get me wrong, the bathroom is super modern, super clean, literally everything you could wish for. But, I’m 6ft 4” and I constantly bashed my head on the low ceiling 😂 I’m really not complaining though, actually made me laugh at how much of a clumsy silly billy I am. Honestly, a fantastic stay. Fantastic place. Fantastic host. Fanatic area. I appreciate you, Petra. Thank you for having me!

A great place to stay within walking distance of Earlsdon

This was a great flat, perfect for a month when working in Atherstone. The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. Ian could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend

Ailsa was a pleasure to deal with and the accommodation exceeded expectations. There were lots of little touches and finishes that made it feel like home from home especially the homemade chocolate cake, eggs from the family chickens and fresh bread just to name a few. It was also lovely meeting Max and Dottie the family dogs who are both adorable! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The place was beautifully clean and the views were lovely. The trees were just coming out in blossom, as was the wisteria and we enjoyed watching the birds. There was lots to do in the area, we could easily have stayed longer. We enjoyed visits to Ashridge, Ascott House and Bletchey Park and Jilly was very helpful in telling us where to find the best bluebells. Thank you for making our short break enjoyable.
