Condo vacation rentals in South Kona

My fiancé and I were lucky enough to book this beautiful place last minute with easy check in. Central to everything and very walkable. Clean with everything you need! We honestly had the best time and I hope next time, we can rebook here!

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

Christie is an excellent host. Everything was just as described. Comfortable beds. Spotless linens. Clean kitchen. No bugs! Pool can be noisy until it closes but you cannot hear it on the balcony. Other than that, quiet condo complex.

Charlie’s place was perfect for a weekend staycation. Beautiful ocean view, swimming pool was great, and a quick walk to Magic Sands beach. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals and the a/c was nice but actually the fans kept it cool.enough that it wasn’t needed. Charlie was quick to respond to any questions and instructions were helpful and clear. Would definitely recommend staying at this magical AirBnB!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as described and perfectly suited our needs. The entire space was clean, and the central AC was a wonderful amenity. What truly stood out was the host's fantastic communication; they were incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early, which made our travel with a baby and perishable food so much easier. Highly recommend!

We stayed here to be close to the IM 70.3 Hawaii. This was such a great location for that (very short drive to the venue). There are good restaurants right near by and the area with the condo is very quiet. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and everything was beautiful inside.

We enjoyed our stay a lot, the apartment was very well located and super clean! The host was communicative and answered our questions really fast. I highly recommend this stay, not just for a short time, but also for long stays.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

Don't hesitate to book this place! it has everything we needed for 5 adults! beach gear was especially appreciated! Walking distance to many restaurants and even the luau at Royal Kona Resort..

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

Great spot at the Kona Coast resort. Jim didn’t try and charge more for cleaning fees before booking like other hosts with similar listings. We would definitely recommend Jim and the Kona Coast resort!

My family and I spent four glorious nights at this air bnb. The location was fantastic! The resort is beautiful! We felt so comfortable returning each evening after our adventures on the big island. The Kona Coast resort is wonderful and having a shopping complex with a grocery store close by (walkable) was a great convenience. I hope we can go back someday. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Very responsive, and kind! Loved my stay at this Airbnb, the weather wasn’t that great for my visit but the Airbnb made it better! View was great, looked just like the pictures!

We spent 5 nights at Tom's condo and loved every minute of it. The unit was clean, quiet, well-equipped, and easily accessible to downtown Kailua-Kona and major thoroughfares. With two bathrooms and sleeping areas, there was plenty of space for the three of us to spread out. My husband and I appreciated that the master bedroom had a memory foam mattress and separate air conditioner, which made for a great night's sleep. The unit also has a very nice washer and dryer with detergent in the closet. Tom has thought of everything and is super responsive if you have any questions. We couldn't find snorkel gear, and he immediately brought 3 sets over and gave us recommendations on the best snorkel spots. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Ina is a very informative and responsive host. She recommended some great local restaurants and places to hang out. The house is clean and the neighborhood is very peaceful. There is a beautiful view of the beach behind the apartment (2 minutes walk). The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and ingredients. However, we didn't have time to cook. One thing we found annoying was that the AC was portable and a bit noisy.

Would definitely stay in this condo again. Has been updated since the pictures. Bathroom is newly renovated and stainless steel refrigerator instead of what is pictured Very close to everything but still very, very quiet and peaceful. Michael thought of everything from a welcoming gift, to everything you could possibly need for your days at the beach. Chairs, umbrella, pool, noodles, boogie boards, cooler, and everything for snorkeling. The air conditioners kept us plenty cool. Short walk to the pool and hot tub. Michael totally took care of us.

Great value for money Perfect location walkable and overlooking the ocean Marie is very kind and checks in all the time. Very convenient and max value - only thing I would say is couch is not as comfortable to sleep on but again can’t beat the value for money

This was a great location for our adventures around Big Island. The condo is clean and comfortable. Having a rental car is a must, because everything is a bit further apart on this island. It was very nice to have parking! We enjoyed having the beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. The AC units cool the condo well. We spent most of our time outside exploring, but it was a nice place to return for home base.
