Hotel vacation rentals in South India

We had a lovely stay here! Super quiet, slightly away from the Main Street but still very walkable to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was some of the best food we had on our trip - we loved it! AC didn’t get very cool but the temperature was fine wirh the fan for us. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

We took a bit too long to decide whether to stay, but Jason was incredibly accommodating. He ensured we were comfortable and even arranged for us to stay in another room for a night with the same level of comfort. The place itself was amazing, and Raju was always responsive, picking up our calls whenever we needed assistance. In the end, we truly loved our stay.

Even though the duration of our stay was brief, we were welcomed with warm smiles from the very start by our host Suryan (who gave me tips on how to cycle !!) and Ayappan, the really helpful man at the reception. A setting with calmness in tow, there were butterflies and cats circling the block all over. The room we were given was really well looked after and there was no inadequacy that came up during our stay. Besides that, there are some really awesome local cafes and stores that are at a walkable distance (although having a vehicle would be the way to go.) All in all, a stay worth the price and we will definitely visit again someday 🫶🏽

It was first solo trip for my life, I picked Goa and wanted to just have a peaceful one, didn’t want to party crazy, got a recommendation from a friend about Sea Creeks (Ashevm) Trust me such a beautiful place it is, the view you get out of your room is amazing, very few on the beach (feels like a private beach) The staff at Sea Creek is amazing and really really helpful and friendly … Thank You Sea Creeks For Making My First Solo Wonderful P.S : It is a silent place, you are not allowed to play loud music so yea if you wanna party it’s not the place, but if you want “Sukoon” (peace) it is the place for you ❤️❤️ Thank You Patrick 😊

Truly a gem but no good for day trippers because one needs to give oneself time to appreciate the beautifully restored house with its swimming pool and enjoy the warm hospitality of the hosts, the staff and resident pets. That apart, appreciation is also required for the neighbourhood - the quiet Majorda beach is within a reasonable walking distance, Utorda beach is a bit further away, the fields are picturesque and one can enjoy tramping along the paths intersecting them and the village. There are also some good restaurants close by when one needs a change from the otherwise excellent a la carte fare that can be whipped up to order. Charlotte, Simon and Priti steer the ship with a light hand but an ever attentive eye to detail and the well being of their guests.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s place! Kathleen was an amazing host and always so helpful for everything we needed. The location is amazing, too - just a 1-2 minute scooter ride from lots of shops and restaurants and also around a 3-4 minute ride to an amazing beach. We’ll definitely stay at this place again!

Es war wunderschön dort. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Das Frühstück ist im Preis mit drin und es war mehr als genug für eine Person und sie ist auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen, einfach großartig. Kleines Minus war der Wäscheservice den ich dort in Amspruch genommen habe. Ziemlich teuer und die Wäsche war noch feucht... Aber die Unterkunft und die Kommunikation ein Traum- gerne wieder

Experienced the best stay at David’s place, situated with an amazing view to the serene backwaters! The location is not just breathtakingly beautiful but also incredibly convenient! The accommodation facing the backwaters was rejuvenating and relaxing! The interiors of the rooms were really cozy including the great washrooms! Sitting in the gazebo here facing the backwaters was another great experience! The ambience of this place with garden, outdoor swing, private plunge pool, private jacuzzi, kayaks and a lot of birds around makes it a really magical place to stay! David is a wonderful host being very helpful and responsive to all our needs! He was available whenever needed and made sure we were comfortable! Adding to it, his staffs too were really lovely being always attentive and helpful to all our needs! I would highly recommend staying at David’s place and really enjoy this wonderful place!

Wir wurden direkt herzlich vom Personal begrüßt und uns wurde auch direkt unser Gepäck abgenommen und auf unser Zimmer gebracht. Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit sauberen und großem Pool sowie ein paar Liegestühlen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das besondere an diesem Hotel sind auf jeden Fall die Angestellten. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit, herzlich und wollen einem den schönsten Aufenthalt ermöglichen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hierherkommen!

Es ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, die gesamte Familie und Angestellten kümmern sich hervorragend um alles, das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr reichlich und wir haben sehr gute tips für Unternehmungen sowie die Organisation der Fahrer bekommen. Der Pool ist toll für die Abkühlung nach den Ausflügen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A wonderful location, high in the mountains. We had a great view. High ceilings, lots of windows, nice curtains, wrap around balcony, it was just amazing. The hosts were so kind and provided delicious locally grown food. I would have liked to stay for a month! The road in had some bumpy sections but our tuktuk rental handled it fine. There were some roosters and dogs on the property but not near the balcony view room.

first of all Sameer i guess you should upload the latest photos, it's much better in reality that in the bnb pics. Great place for family and friends. Well compounded place, very clean and well maintained. it's is much better that the picture your share. there isn't much to do around but the house has everything you need for a weekend getaway. large speaker set, 55' TV, all furnitures and fittings like like sofa set, bar table and well equipped bedrooms and washrooms. anytime access pool, separate area for grilling food and hookah pods. Can't go without thanking the caretaker and his wife we are definitely going back.

We spent the last day of our vacation at Rustic Roofs Properties, and instantly wished we had booked it for more than just one night. The place is peaceful, beautifully designed, and has such a calming vibe. The pool was super clean and perfect for fun with friends — we had a blast! The rooms were cozy, the surroundings serene, and we honestly didn’t want to leave ! Big thanks to Rihaan, the host — responsive, kind, friendly and made everything easy, and helped in lot of ways ! Can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, soul-soothing getaway — especially if you’re traveling with friends!

A beautiful resort, in a peaceful location. The views from the room and the infinity pool are amazing. It was also very fairly priced in terms of the stay and the food. Amazing hospitality from Paul, would recommend 10/10.

Wonderful view, English-looking house and cozy room. If you have your own transportation (scooter is great ) it is a great base for exploring and absolutely ideal just because it is isolated with a breathtaking view which is why we chose it.

We enjoyed the beautiful space inside and out. We especially enjoyed the views from the terrace and the helpful staff.

Staying at Sidhant's place was fantastic! The accommodation itself was awesome – comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. But what truly stood out was Sidhant himself. He's an absolute gem of a person. It felt like he was available at a moment's notice with just a call, always ready to help out or offer suggestions. He's a collaborative and truly amazing human being. Most of all, his kindness shone through, making him feel like a secretly unknown friend. I highly recommend staying at Sidhant's place for a wonderful experience! 😊

This will be one of the most beautiful places in the area. Very peaceful,away from crowd and the waves hitting the rocks in front of you was just blissful. A good restaurant in house with nice food was an icing on the cake. the privacy you get and the serene environment is just to die for. Walking distance to the patnem beach and a few mins drive to Palolem, the place has its own charm. Really worth a visit.

If you need a home away from home, a base camp from which to begin exploring both South and North Goa, this is an easy place to recommend. Right from being able to cook your own meals and doing the laundry, the place has everything you need. The place is spacious and amazing for kids to run around and have fun. For people seeking to reproduce their work from home environment and their TV routine, the place is well equipped with very fast WiFi. For those looking to tour, the owners have thoughtfully placed manuals and guides to inspire ideas. Locality is a bit far from the best markets and require a car or bike ride to access. Luckily Swiggy Instamart debuted on the next day of our arrival! If you have walking issues, beware of steep slopes and steps. The hosts are very caring and proactive. Thoughtful, volunteering to maintain regularly, warm, conversational, open to suggestions. To us, this care was a critical part of feeling welcome and assured. Loved our time here!

This is our second time staying here, and it’s just as amazing as the first time! We feel so comfortable and at home here.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und konnten auch spontan noch um 1 Nacht verlängern (waren dann in einer anderen Unterkunft). Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es gibt leckeres (westliches und traditionelles) Frühstück für einen kleinen Preis und das Personal vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand. An diesem kann man nicht schwimmen gehen. Bis zur Main Road bzw. bis zum Strandabschnitt in welchem Schwimmen möglich ist sind es jedoch nur ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wie haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a fantastic stay in Kandy and that was largely down to our fantastic host Shenani. We were greeted with tea at check in and with only one night in Kandy, Shenani really helped us plan and organize a varied agenda with transport, she also helped us work out when best to have their tasty breakfast as well as transport to our train the next morning. The room was comfortable and as described and the views were breathtaking!
