Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in South India

The apartment is wonderful, clean, comfortable, it has everything you need to stay! The beach is 800 meters along a good asphalt road. The beach is large and beautiful, tourists mainly from India come in the evening. Milton is a great host! Responds quickly to any questions. Thank you very much for a good holiday! 🙏🏻

Afran is very nice and also answered fast and also called us upfront to say hi and to know eachother upfront. The appartment is very nice with all you need for a good stay. Aircon in all rooms, VERY good beds! Nice view, full kitchen with all you need. This is the best appartment we had in Sri Lanka and we have been there many times. I can highly recommend this apartment and Afran as host. Internet is also perfect speed. It was great 14 days in Mount Lavinia. Few meter from the beach with good restaurants. Everything was just perfect and we will for sure be back and rent from Afran!

The appartment was great, looked alike the pictures, the amenities were working well. the washroom was very clean. Amenities in the kitchen was good. The host was quite responsive.

2BHK Apartment in Condolim, Goa I recently stayed at a 2BHK apartment in Condolim, Goa, hosted by Sanchita, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that Sanchita pays great attention to cleanliness. Everything from the living room to the bathrooms was tidy and well-maintained. The caretaker was also very helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. They were attentive without being intrusive, making sure we were comfortable at all times. The swimming pool was a definite highlight! It was clean, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing swim after a day out exploring Goa. Overall, it was a pleasant and peaceful stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic place , great apartment, best time and really really good location . It was perfect . I would stay there again if I'm in Colombo . I left my charger there and was collected without an issue later . Thank you so much

Smita is an amazing host! So caring and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. She left welcome goodies and a fridge with essentials for breakfast the next day. She was always quick to respond and so helpful with recommendations. We were here for Rimyi and the intensive at Gymkhana and the location worked out great, particularly as it was a short walk to Rimyi. Smita’s staff were also super helpful. It was also nice to have two rooms separated by a lot of space as my friend and I travelled together. We also each had our own bathroom. There are delicious fruit sellers and OM supermarket close by as well as Ishan Pure Veg restaurant which is actually very good. Thank you!!

This apartment is on the second floor, with loads of sunlight and a wrap-around terrace - absolutely gorgeous. Ruanthi was the perfect host. Anytime I had a question, she responded within 5-10 minutes. She went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible - prior to my arrival she had bought some groceries and had so many suggestions of fun things for me to do in the evenings and on the weekends. She is a genuinely good person and the most friendly AirBnB host I have ever had! I'm already looking forward to staying at one of her properties again when I return to Sri Lanka.

I had the pleasure of staying at Ivan’s Airbnb, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was not only impeccably clean and well-organized, but it was also beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and inviting. The location was perfect—close to local attractions/landmarks, which made exploring the area so easy. Ivan Monterio went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing thoughtful touches like local tips.

Ambika is such a great host. Very friendly, helpful and responsive! Stayed here for a month and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is very clean, pet friendly and has good proximity to nearby market and restaurants! Overall I enjoyed the stay.

We travelled as a family of 5 with 3 young girls ages 2 5 and 7 and Chamaths place was great for us. we were greated with welcome fruit water milk bread and eggs which was lovely after a long flight. Check in was easy and the appartment had all we needed. The bed linen was all dry cleaned and there was extra sheets avalible if needed. The beds were extremely comfortable as were the pillows. There were ample towels which was great as it meant i didnt have to worry about getting things washed and dried. All in all a great stay we watched the kingfishers dipping in the river from the balcony and enjoyed making the most of the wonderful gardens and pool at Havelock city. A fantasic appartment in a fantastic location. we lookforward to staying here again.

Debbie is a Perfect Airbnb host and can say that from the way the house is kept for guests like meticulous details about the house etc...Iam sure it must have come from her vast experience in handling different sorts of people. Though there was some confusion in confirming some details she was flexible enough to handle the situation very well.. I can go on and on. overall nice experience in staying at Debbies beautiful pothanur house and wishes for her to continue to host many people..

Hi , Highly recommend this place , those who wants to stay in north Goa . You will easily find good cafés, casino like big daddy etc.. , 5 min walk miramar beach , easily accessible Panjim local market and church.host (Priti) is very friendly host and always responds well. We feel like stay at home . And enjoyed our new year family vacation trip. House was neat and clean. If you are planning to stay with family I would recommend to Priti (host) place. Was a wonderful stay at Sunny's Nest. Easy to find the apartment using Google Maps. Caretaker Mr Alex was ready to greet us and was helpful. Apartment was cleaned superbly, so clean that you wouldn't want to put a piece of paper on the ground. All the listed amenities were available including a full functioning kitchen. Even sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags, coffee powder etc were available. Easy to get Uber if you want to go out. Online food delivery by Swiggy and Zomato available. Would recommend this home to anyone travelling to the area.

As soon as we entered we felt at home from muskan theamager to clean house and society, pet friendly guards...everything was perfect. there is a nice road next to apartment where we walked with our dog. loved the place.
