A beautiful space in an exceptional location. Jharna and Rohan live the sustainable lifestyle and the place reflects the same. They and the team was very warm and helpful and did everything possible to make the stay comfortable. Instructions were / communication was clear and non intrusive giving us a lot of space for chats and catching up. The beautiful coconut grove, sound of the waves, the distant horizon - it's a five star place, just an hour away from Mumbai. Food was fresh, flavourful, well-made and served with love, but being within the sustainable farm-to-table practice makes the menu limited. The surrounds / village has a peace and calm - no activities as such - the property is so good that one may not feel like stepping out. Overall, had a great time with friends. A highly recommended offline recharge.

En Vilasam - a place which made us feel right at home from the moment we stepped in. Ashish and the team were very helpful and friendly in organising the stay. The staff at the villa were very sweet to accommodate our requests. My furry baby was a awesome time running in the garden , beach and watching the fishes in the koi pond. Definitely recommend for people who are looking for an offbeat location and stay.

Highly recommend this stay! Our group stayed here for a wedding, and the location was perfect—less than a five-minute drive to the venue. While the entrance is unmarked and can be initially confusing to find, Google Maps guides you accurately. The space matched the photos—clean, with a beautiful pool (perfect for late night swims), property, house, and private beach. The kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms were spotless. The food was outstanding. Breakfast is included, while lunch, dinner, and snacks are affordable à la carte options. Chef Sendhil and his team were incredibly responsive to last-minute requests, from midday samosas to coffee/chai refills. The quality rivaled my mom’s homemade South Indian cooking and truly elevated our experience. The service was exceptional. Whether we needed bug spray or a new WiFi dongle for faster internet, Rekha and Teja responded quickly and efficiently, exceeding our expectations. The staff cleaned our rooms quickly but thoroughly.

Nayan's villa is even more beautiful than on the photos! The view over the beach and palmtrees is fantastic and the pool water is warm enough at all times of the day. We appreciated the various outdoor seating spaces as well as inside under the fan. It's very quiet & private apart from occasional fishermen trucks working on the beach. We have also really enjoyed the caretaker Martinez who tended to our needs every day, including bringing us coconut. We also made use of Pradeep's cooking and enjoyed having local food delivered every day to us to the villa. There was also lots of attention to detail, including beautiful flowers around the house and a fresh water tank, so that we wouldn't have to buy water in advance. Shower gel and shampoo was provided. We experienced a power cut once in the week we stayed for around 4hrs. Battery powered lamps and fans are provided for this case. Thank you Nayan, Martinez and Pradeep for a fantastic holiday! We can definitely recommend this place!

The place was just wow , the scenic beach views were so perfect , the sundowner , the morning rise and the , night star gazing all were just amazing , the care taker was so humble and helpful always ready to do things for you , must recommend property for people who love beach and ocean with calm vibes

It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer since Martin’a place was a delight - the location, pool, and rooms were exactly what we wanted and his team provided incredible service and delicious meals. We would return in a heartbeat - thank you!

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! The place matched the exact description. the view was amazing. sleeping to the waves crashing just below the building is another level. the infinity pool and gym was beautiful. Joseph was kind and friendly. responsive host that had the house well setup for us. comfortable stay for 3.

We had a wonderful stay at The nook! The place was extremely serene and the view was wonderful. The place was spotless and spacious. Even though we went there in the midst goa’s monsoon, we enjoyed the place. There was food delivery available and ample car parking. Ayushi and Raj were responsive and cleared all our doubts. Hope to return again in the summer for the view!

This was our first time visiting Sri Lanka and Nilaveli was the first stop. The rooms are immaculate, very homely and everything is clean and well maintained. The facilities at the complex are plenty. Loved the view from the balcony facing right towards the Sea ! Ghazzali was extremely cooperative and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back !

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

Heshan is a nice person and a great host,he is very much co operative and reaponsibe host . First I stayed with my friends and then with my wife and daughter, in between two booking there was a gap of one night which I wanted to stay in a different place but This gentleman allowed me to stay one night free of charge . I have been staying through Airbnb since long time and I never met such a nice person . The. Location he explained is exactly the same as description, the location is very much amazing! In my next visit to colombo I must knock him to allow me again .

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely loved my stay at this stunning bungalow in Goa! The moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the superb ambience and lush greenery surrounding the property. With a perfect blend of modern amenities, traditional charm and swimming pool. The bungalow was near to the beach and the peaceful atmosphere made it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. The owner and caretaker were super friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay.

Overall the experience was great. It was two of us girls travelling but we felt very comfortable and safe. The staff gave us space throughout and only checked in if anything was required. Very respectful and friendly people. Would recommend to others as well.

The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

Enjoyed my stay with my family @ this independent coastal property @ Fisherman Colony. I have given 5 ⭐️ as it is definitely worth for its price. Host was very responsive & kudos to caretaker for providing amazing local home cooked food. Sunrise and Moonrise View from the property was just Amazing.

We had a great stay at Azeers and Leann's place! They were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The accommodation itself was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very well equipped — the kitchen had everything we needed, including a washing machine, which was a great bonus. The location was perfect: just a few meters from the beach, yet quiet and secluded, offering total relaxation. We would definitely love to come back!

The Beach Condo is a beautifully decorated and comfortable 3 bedroom residence with all the amenities you could want and more. We did not have time to use the gym, however the rooftop garden and pool was delightful and the views were stunning. All the rooms have balconies with different views as well as a/c and fans. The Condo is also just a few minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty places to eat and drink and local food shops are very closeby. The Mt Lavinia hotel is an easy 10mins walk from the Condo. Our main contact person was Dinesh who was just lovely and so helpful. A wee point to note, the actual name of the building is De Saram Residencies, several tuk tuks and drivers were lost trying to find the Beach Condo. Apart from that small detail, it was a wonderful place to stay in.

It was an amazing stay here.. Wish we could have planned out our stay here for some more days. The Bay Talpona is a fixed place to stay now whenever we come here the next time. Dharman himself is a very courteous , warm and a lovely person.. From organising the whole stay, making us comfortable and also giving us a lovely decoration for our Anniversary , Dharman did it all for us, taking back the most cherishable memories from the Bay Talpona.. ❤️❤️

We had a lovely time at this Mindhun’s place as a family. The house staff took very good care of us and were very kind, attentive and helpful, and the food was lovely. The house is spacious and very clean and suited us well. Host was very helpful and quick to communicate. Only disappointing thing was that we were advised that sea was unsafe to swim in - so we didn’t really get to take advantage of the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s beach-facing property—truly bang on the beach! The home was exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, cozy, and welcoming. Anna was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and prepared us delicious homely meals during our stay. This vacation was just what we needed to unwind and relax. Anna kindly accommodated a late check-out upon request, making our departure smooth and stress-free. Her family was equally welcoming and guided us through our trip, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I would definitely return—next time with my daughter—for another peaceful getaway!
