Knotty pine nearly throughout, whirlpool bathtub, granite countertop, new appliances, washer/dryer. Cookware & dinnerware provided. Outdoor gas grill (& older charcoal) and fire bowl (bring own firewood). WiFi not available & cell service is marginal. There is a queen sz bed downstairs, & a sofa bed (w/sm defect), the loft has a futon that flattens into small double bed, and there are 2 twin beds. No large, loud parties that go on into the night as there are neighbors, including the owners.

The house was super clean and spacious. The photos are exactly what you’re getting. Lake and dock are a great addition, not many boats on the lake either very calm vibe. You’re gonna get some good rest the beds are amazing ! If you forgot anything the marketplace down the street has you covered (1 min drive). Would recommend 👍🏻

5 Stars – Peaceful, Perfect, and Exceptionally Hosted We booked Maria’s cabin last minute due to unexpected home construction, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us—including helping extend our stay without hesitation. The cabin is peaceful, clean, and perfectly located. We spent our days relaxing on the deck overlooking the lake, enjoying quiet mornings and stunning sunsets. Maria even let us use their pontoon, which made for incredible days of fishing and swimming. We caught big sunfish nearly every cast right from the dock and had an amazing fish fry! Maria’s flexibility, kindness, and thoughtful hospitality made a stressful time feel like a mini-vacation. Highly recommend this spot for anyone needing a break from the chaos of everyday life.

Loved the cabin and surrounding area. Very peaceful and relaxing. The fishing was a little slow at first but plenty were caught the last two days. The fire down by the lake was the icing on the cake!

this place has no plumbing, electric, or kitchen. it's a perfect place to unplug and reconnect with nature. the hosts were friendly and helpful. we dod find over 10 ticks, so come prepared. their sauna and swimming area are absolutely stunning and impressive. can't wait till next time!

We had an amazing visit! The place is beautiful and we felt right at home! We caught a lot of Bass, and which made it super fun! We were so happy to be able to have our pups with us and there is also a beautiful, sweet neighbor dog that we were able to spend time with! The peaceful sounds of nature was just the serenity we needed! The hosts were also so accommodating, answering all of our questions in a quick manner! Love, love, loved it!!

Beautiful location. I enjoyed walking down to the dock and having coffee or reading my book. It is so peaceful and quiet. It started to drizzle and literally sounded like a sound machine. My son and husband enjoyed the paddle boards and game room. My husband and son took a short drive to Palmer lake and went running along the beautiful lake each morning. The general store that is a mile away, has anything you may need but the cottage is fully stocked with anything you may need! Small touches like having ACTUAL cleaning supplies on hand made me happy lol. The cottage was SO clean and decorated like a dream. It did get exceptionally hot for two days we were there ( heat advisory) and we ended up having to all sleep in the king bed as the AC unit is only in the king bedroom. 10/10 recommend this property. Prob my favorite so far! Thanks again.

I have nothing but positive thoughts about this property and the host. They were very accommodating and even allowed me to park my boat in driveway and borrow a few tools. Larry and Bernelle were there and were the most precious and helpful people I have met on this road trip. The space reminded me of my previous house and I felt just perfectly at home. Thank you Trevor, Heidi, Bernelle and especially Larry! This was a great place to stay!
