We had such a lovely month staying in the studio at Andrew’s – it really felt like being welcomed into a friend’s home. Andrew is the most kind, caring and generous host we’ve ever met, and he made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Finding a bottle of wine and a beautiful arrangement of flowers freshly picked from the garden waiting for us was such a warm and personal touch – it set the tone for a really relaxing and special stay. The studio itself is cosy, comfortable and tastefully put together. Colin and Annabel, the two most adorable dogs, were a real highlight – they came to say hello every day and always brought a smile to our faces. The garden is stunning , with open views across the hills and full of flowers in bloom. Sitting outside on sunny days, looking out over the hills, playing with the lovely dogs was such a peaceful and happy part of our time there. I cannot say enough positive things about Natalie’s Airbnb. From the lovely surroundings across from a sheep farm with brand new lambs running around to the lovely exterior and interior with a beautiful color scheme to the perfect cleanliness and every amenity you could possibly need. Natalie is the perfect hostess. We departed feeling like we had found new friends, Natalie and Simon. We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and The Meadows is definitely our favorite ❣️ Thank you again, Natalie and Simon, and we hope to see you in Oxted/Tandridge again in the future. xo

A lovely characterful, quiet and private barn conversion. Situated in a beautiful garden which opens up a few days a year with the National Garden Scheme. Just a few minutes walk away there's a nice country pub which serves delicious snacks and meals. The host is very responsive and immediately resolved a problem I had with one of the blinds. Thank you 🙏

Perfect place for me while I started a new job. Spacious and clean and well equipped. Lochana was a very helpful host.
