Fred was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. The apartment was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed.

Christopher was an unbelievable host. The house itself is beautiful and Chris made me and my family feel like it was our home away from home. Chris was always available if and when we needed anything but was also very respectful of our privacy. 100% anyone looking for a place in Pegosa Springs should book this home! Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

Great place to stay in Pagosa.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pagosa Springs during our family ski trip! The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the fantastic town of Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski area, making it easy to enjoy both the slopes and local spots. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Finding the place was a breeze, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Another Amazing Stay! This was our third year staying at this Airbnb, and we couldn’t be happier! The house is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our large family. Every year, it feels like a home away from home, with everything we need to relax and enjoy our time together. What truly sets this place apart is the owner’s hospitality. From the beginning, they have always made us feel more like friends than guests. Their attention to detail and care for the property make each stay seamless and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

Sid's Place is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans etc. The layout of the property is very nice. A true log cabin in the woods. Met our family's needs perfectly. Very close to town and the ski area. The only advice I would give is: If visiting in the winter make sure your rental car has snow tires. Ours did not and making it up the mountain was a bit difficult. Well worth it when we did make it up but it took a few tries.

Our group's 2nd annual stay here. Ideal location on Creede's Main Street for walkability and a short drive to trailheads. We especially love 2 bathrooms AND the tables/chairs on the covered shared front porch for relaxing and our meals when not dining at one of the restaurants in town. Sooo lovely! The small snacks provided is a nice touch in case anyone forgets to bring their own or walks in hungry. Beds and foldout couch (not folded out) were comfy. The layout of the flat is well-designed with bedrooms in one area and living/dining/kitchen in another. 2nd bath off kitchen works well. Full size refrige is great. Free street parking is easy and convenient. We'll definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin, especially the views, peacefulness, and that it’s tucked up into a quiet neighborhood above town but only a few minutes drive away. The host was fantastic with recommendations for local activities/restaurants/saloons, and communicated just the right amount to check in with us. Appreciated the stocked coffee (and other staples), comfy spa-like bedding, great water pressure in the shower, and overall the warm cabin ambiance with paneled pine throughout. This was the perfect size for a couple + dog, but can easily accommodate up to 6 with the loft bedroom. The cabin was a great base for skiing at Wolf Creek, hiking, and day trips to Creede and Del Norte, which provided stunningly beautiful drives (especially to Creede), but also some delicious foodie finds and local brews . We even embarked on a longer day trip with stops in Gunnison, Crested Butte, and Salida, which was very doable from South Fork. Highly recommend this cabin in this special place!

We had another unforgettable stay at the Red Ryder Cabin — our 5th time returning, and it never disappoints! We were once again able to unwind completely. The cabin is always spotlessly clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep after a day of skiing. It truly feels like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return again next year. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Our stay at Colleen’s cabin was amazing! The space was perfectly cozy, but still comfortable for our large family. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Our family fell in love with Pagosa Springs, and I look forward to staying here again when we return!

Beautiful and comfortable cabin on the lake just as described. Perfect for a winter getaway. Easy drive to Wolf Creek and surrounding town. Everything we needed to cook and relax. Will be back!

Such a beautiful well appointed and clean home. The views are fantastic. Watched a hot air balloon several mornings from the deck. The home is stocked with high end everything you would need in the kitchen. Would definitely stay there again. Jan is wonderful to work with.

Our large family needed time away. Kenneth's and Anita's place was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the space to unwind.

Loved everything about this house. The location was perfect , you can’t beat the view. I have 3 small kids , the upstairs was perfect for them. Would highly recommend ! Can’t wait to go back.

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

We just stayed briefly as we passed through, but this was a nice property in a fun-looking resort. We wished we could have spent more time there!

We throughly enjoyed our week at Fred’s place, Elk Run. We had a bit of a hiccup at check in. The employee checked us into the wrong location, but after a few phone calls with Fred, he fixed the situation. We loved the location of Elk Run. Walking distance to the pool/hot tub. Easy to find, and super quiet (with the exception of the morning flicker on the fireplace pipe). I highly recommend property and would stay here again. Thank you Fred!
