Christopher was an unbelievable host. The house itself is beautiful and Chris made me and my family feel like it was our home away from home. Chris was always available if and when we needed anything but was also very respectful of our privacy. 100% anyone looking for a place in Pegosa Springs should book this home! Got in late, woke up at 5 AM. Looked out the window and was WOWED! Woke up my wife who likes to sleep late. She was WOWED by the sight off the deck too at the beautiful lake. It got light still WOWED! Wish I had scheduled a longer visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Pagosa Springs during our family ski trip! The location was perfect—conveniently situated between the fantastic town of Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski area, making it easy to enjoy both the slopes and local spots. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even smoother. Finding the place was a breeze, and we couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

Great location right on the river. Didn’t catch many fish on the river but it is conveniently located a couple miles from the reservoir. Caught lots of fish there. Great neighbor with super friendly dog next door. Felt right at home. She had all the amenities available which is so nice! Loved the pagoda to sit right by the river and read and relax. The town is small and quiet. Not super touristy, which is a huge plus. Lots of mule deer. Have to check out Creede which is very close. Very cool old mining town. Loved the house, loved the town, loved the trip!

A beautiful home with accommodations for the whole family! Bill communicated very well the entire time, he made sure we knew were things were and he was available when needed. Its located in a quite little community surrounded by nature. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful experience here! We were so grateful to find a nice home that allowed us to bring our dogs (they are our travel companions!). The beds were amazingly comfortable and that upgraded bathroom was wonderful! It worked well for my husband and me, our 16 year old daughter. She originally had a friend who was planning on coming with us, and the loft area would have been perfect for 2-3 kids! It was great to be able to cook out and just relax at 'home' in the evenings!!

Great spot to stay. Our adult children immediately gave it a thumbs up (they are very picky). Very rustic and warm. We used the wood stove a lot. The cabin had a great atmosphere. Having the Rio Grande River 50 feet away didn't hurt the scenery. The cabin was well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook (we only ate out once). Of all of the airbnb places we have stayed. This was our favorite. We'll stay here again if we visit South Fork and Wolf Creek again.

Definitely a perfect place if you want to go to the springs or visit the town without paying the crazy resort fees. Comfortable, well decorated, great shower and laundry available. Was exactly like the pictures. Danielles instructions were perfect, they did not come into my email until right before my reservation which was new to me, but worked out totally fine!

This place is cute, cozy, and roomy! The beds were comfortable and stocked with extra sheets and pillows, and we appreciated the plenty of closet space which made it easy to unpack and feel settled. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing us to easily whip up a delicious chicken Alfredo dinner for 24+ hungry wrestlers – a testament to its spaciousness and utility! Our French Bulldog also felt right at home, which was a huge plus. We loved watching hot air balloon rides happen right outside from the comfort of the balcony, and the proximity to the cutest Mexican pottery store was another delightful discovery. Beyond the fantastic amenities, the attention to detail truly stood out. The home was fully stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and found the local people to be incredibly friendly.

Great location, very clean, would definitely recommend this listing!

We have come back and will continue to do so. Excellent spot to bring your family or significant other and just disconnect from everything.

Our stay at Colleen’s cabin was amazing! The space was perfectly cozy, but still comfortable for our large family. We had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Our family fell in love with Pagosa Springs, and I look forward to staying here again when we return!

Joan was very friendly and resourceful. The cabin was very peaceful. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking.

Fred was quick to respond to messages and was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. The apartment was clean and perfect size for our family of 4. We had everything we needed.

Loved everything about this house. The location was perfect , you can’t beat the view. I have 3 small kids , the upstairs was perfect for them. Would highly recommend ! Can’t wait to go back.

I loved staying at Jan's place in Pagosa Springs. It was a lovely place with plenty of space, quiet and scenic beauty. I stayed in a very roomy and exceptionally clean 2 bed room unit. I loved that it was on the bottom floor. The patio faced the property's lake, at night it was was so pretty. Stay a few days if you can, you won't regret it. Can't wait to go back!

Really nice resort. Great for families. Lots of activities. Location is really good and everything is close by. I would definitely come back to this resort in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay in Pagosa.

We throughly enjoyed our week at Fred’s place, Elk Run. We had a bit of a hiccup at check in. The employee checked us into the wrong location, but after a few phone calls with Fred, he fixed the situation. We loved the location of Elk Run. Walking distance to the pool/hot tub. Easy to find, and super quiet (with the exception of the morning flicker on the fireplace pipe). I highly recommend property and would stay here again. Thank you Fred!
