Monthly Rentals in South Congress, Austin

Michael’s place worked absolutely perfect for our needs. We were down for the birth of our new grandbaby and was able to stay within three minutes of our son’s house. The studio is very well equipped and the layout is very nice and convenient. Michael and Nok were very responsive anytime we needed anything. We will be back!

Faultless apt in a perfect place - near south congress, nice park around the corner for a morning walk or jog, second year in a row staying for SXSW and hope to return again. Highly recommended,

It was a nice little place to stay for a couple if weeks. The neighborhood felt safe and was convenient for where I needed to go. The noise level was very low as well. Overall it was a great experience!
