We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

This is a fabulous place just up the hill from Barton Springs in one of Austin's best neighborhoods. Spacious, clean, lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books/toys and a great pool are among our favorite things about this home. Excellent & responsive communication from hosts. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Birdie's Poolhouse! One of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had. The house was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. Our toddlers enjoyed the pool the most! Blair was always responsive for turning on the hot tub and anything else we needed. Would recommend and would love to come back!

Our stay was incredible! Loved that the property was gated and felt so safe and homey. It was also super close to downtown! Whenever I had questions Ryan and Candace were quickly available, I’d stay with them again in a heartbeat!

Jason and his team were very proactive and responsive. Although not walkable to downtown, it was a very short uber and the backyard was very fun sport for our group.

Howard was a great host. He was responsive and went out of his way to drop off an iron when we didn’t find one in the house. The house was well located and had a large pool with a spacious outdoor patio. Would recommend.

I hate to say how wonderful this house was because then I won’t be able to book it the next time we stay in Austin! The space was great for groups and the backyard was like a park.

This place was perfect! The home was beautiful, and the pool was absolutely amazing—just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, and we loved it so much that we even extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave! Perfect location for our stay in Austin! Hands down one of the best experiences I have had booking a house on Airbnb. The house was clean, quite, and comfortable! Larry is very thoughtful and answered all of my questions before I thought to ask. His attention to detail, communication, and hospitality were all top notch. Flexible check-in and check-out. Just an overall good experience. Top of my list for the next trip to Austin.

Amazing place to stay! So walkable and easy to get around or Uber. Martha had fantastic recommendations! This is the place you’re looking for! As a note: the water in the backyard/outdoor shower doesn’t work and it was a very HOT summer- the grass mostly died out so it got rather dusty this really only mattered to me because I had dogs which felt right at home here. Also the concrete floors are Amazing And keep the whole house clean. I loved it here!

Stayed in town for a concert and normally would go out afterwards, but the house was so cute we decided just to hang out there for the evening! It was comfortable, well-decorated, spacious enough for the four of us and the backyard pool was an added bonus. Would definitely rebook again! Thank you!

Our stay was lovely. The home was clean, well-stocked and had a fun art deco vibe. With each bedroom having its own end suite bath, it accommodated our four generations comfortably. This host is very responsive a gets an A+ from me.

A wonderful stay and view of the lake. The location is very peaceful and quiet. Maya was easy to communicate with and provided some helpful recommendations on restaurants. Check in and check out was smooth and easy.

I am leaving the review based on hubby's feedback since he was lucky enough to stay here although I couldn't. He's usually so unimpressed and nitpicky, and I heard NONE of that after his stay at Brandon's. He said it was nice, quiet, and a chill place to hang out. That doesn't seem like much, but for my Mr. Critical Reviewer--that's a GLOWING endorsement. I knew it must be good when he said that we need to remember this place if booking in Austin and even said we should MAKE an excuse for an Austin visit since the place was so nice. Ummmm, WOW!

I give Alejandro’s Airbnb an all around 5 stars, very accurate description of the place with plenty of space for any kind of stay you plan for here. The location was also very good with it being extremely close to downtown and not too far from the airport. Overall definitely stay here again.

The house was amazing and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get to and the weather was great so we were able to enjoy the outside amenities.

This was a great Airbnb for my bachelor weekend. More than enough space for our group of 7. Everything is very drivable. Allen was always quick to respond.
