We only have compliments about the space, location and host. The apartment is a delight, well equipped, airy and super clean. Perfect sound system and TVs. We didn't take the car out of the garage, it's very well located, our stay was 8 days and we didn't need to drive at all. We felt at home in Renato's apartment. The reception by a condominium employee was super smooth and pleasant. The apartment is spacious, with a beautiful view of the beach. It had all the kitchen utensils a person needs to cook. We also really liked the practicality of the washing machine and also the items for going to the beach (chairs, umbrella and cart). Our car is small and they certainly wouldn't fit in our trunk. Thank you so much for the care and comfort you offer your guests. Our stay at Claudia’s was perfect! Everything was great, the beach within a walk distance, grocery store close by. The apartment was clean and with a great view. And vary safe.The staff was friendly and kind . Claudia was very communicative and friendly. We for sure will come back when opportunity come up again.

We went on an extended holiday and when observing the city, the beach in front of the apartment was one of the quietest in terms of capacity. Easy access to markets, bakeries, gas station and others. Tip: The nearby wholesale shop has great beer prices. Easy check-in, great concierge. Extremely clean and equipped apartment. Bed linen, cleaning cloths, kitchen items from dishes/glasses to blender and coffee maker, washing machine that saved the clothes that came from the sea. Side exit for bathers in the building with shower and hose to avoid carrying sand, which helped keep the apartment clean throughout the stay. We wanted you to be able to use the common areas as they are very well equipped, but we understand the reasons for not being able to use them. Zero complaints, great apartment and Luana is always very helpful and easy to communicate with. We'll be back for sure.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable and equipped with everything we could need. the pool is small but very good, we enjoy it a lot. The beach is close and the Caiçara feirinha on the corner, I found it super quiet and quiet even in the carnival. Silviah is very kind, we communicate easily before, during, and after the stay.
