Loft vacation rentals in South-Coastal São Paulo

Marley from the beginning was very attentive, had a misunderstanding of HR, but she attended me on standby and everything went well. The place is great for those who go without a car. It has a plaza and playground on the side, wineries, several shops at night, barzinhos, among others. And the loft is like the ad, small but cozy and all the items worked perfectly. We will definitely return.

Super cozy place, with a privileged location because it was close to everything and the most lively night area in Peruíbe. The hostess and her sister were very polite and helpful, I will definitely return and recommend it 😉

Very clean and organized, with a great location (close to the beach, bars and restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, markets, etc.), in addition to being very beautiful. Marcelo was an excellent host, extremely attentive (to the point of being careful to leave us bottles of water and coffee so that we could consume them when we arrived, before we could go to the market) and was always available for contact. It was certainly a great experience and one we will try to repeat. The only "negative" point is the absence of a parking space available and, because it is a busy place, it is difficult to be able to stop on the nearby street and paid parking lots are nearby, but on rainy days like we had on Saturday it is unfeasible due to flooding. Out of that, all perfect!

Everything was perfect and according to the listing.. we arrived at dawn and were attended to on time by the security team, in the apartment there were chocolates, snacks and beer as a treat for us.. everything was clean and smelled good.. met our expectations

I would say, at this moment, through the word gratitude... Gratitude, for the affection I was received with, for the attention, education, posture... How to rate perfection? Perhaps, asking God to always enlighten you, for we still have wonderful human beings... It's hard to find adjectives to say how WONDERFUL and good Elias is. To evaluate the perfect is to go beyond the Cape Bojador and to be able to dream of better days... I thank God for having had the opportunity to meet him. The apartment is wonderful, cozy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay and everything is very organized. The condominium is not even talked about, incredible view, great location, very good pools and well-kept pools, great play library for children. No act that I have visited this same apartment several times, and I intend to return in the future with certainty. Note 11/10!

I stayed at Maria's apartment during New Year's Eve and had a great stay. The apartment was impeccable, everything working perfectly, extremely clean, and very functional. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils for the comfort of 3 guests. The building staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always present and providing all the necessary support. The location is excellent, the building faces the beach, but there is no noise, which is perfect, especially at this time of year. Besides, right in front of the building are the GCM vehicles, which guarantee extra security on the walks on the beach. Certainly, on my return to Santos, this will be a lodging I will choose to stay at. Not to mention the friendliness of the host Maria, and all her helpfulness. She answered me promptly at all times, and was very helpful and empathetic with a personal issue. Both the apartment and the host deserve 5 stars.

Mauro's apartment is located a few meters' walk from the beach in a safe and quiet neighborhood. However, it is close to a very large Carrefour supermarket and various activities that can be done. Communication with Mauro was excellent from the start and I thank him very much for this. They always responded to everything very quickly. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, has fast wifi and a washing machine, and is located in a guarded and safe building. We had a great time during our stay. Absolutely recommended!

Since I closed the week, the adjusted price was well received. I went to work from home with my wife and the internet was an important concern. The internet works really fine and I didn't have any problems during the week. The organization is very well done, the environment is clean and pleasant. Location is a big difference. Everything is right below the building. As for the noise caused by the avenue, the establishments, although busy, close around 11. And even the avenue is very quiet after that time. The house has a device similar to the chromecast, so if you like streaming, it's comfortable that you'll have everything on hand.

I made a trip with my friends, totaling 4 people (2 couples), the super place held all of us. The ape is super well located, in a few steps we had access to the beach, market, bakery, restaurant and sights!! Outside that Carol is a dear and was super requests, and it helped us with all the doubts!!
