House exactly as shown in the listing. It's on a cul-de-sac, very quiet street, with some holes because they're renovating houses. Communication with Lilian and the caretakers was exceptional, very attentive.

Cristina always responded quickly to messages from the beginning, the house is very good, all the guests liked it very much, close to the beach, cozy, safe, 5 cars fit in the garage. We were welcomed by Mr. José, who treated us very well. There was a problem with the fridge, I spoke to Mr. José, who soon sent a technician to assist us and in less than 30 minutes everything was ready. It really was worth it. Many thanks to Cristina and Mr. José.

The house is the same as the photos and very comfortable, we were satisfied with the cleaning, house near the beach of Guaraú for me one of the best beaches on the south coast, great communication with host and was flexible with the check-in releasing the house earlier for us was great and passed several tips for tours and restaurants, I recommend the house is worth it.

The rooms are cramped, plus the heated pool is worth all the investment. Clean environment, equipped house, the weekend was amazing.

Amazing location I fell in love with the site ! I stayed for 1 week and passed very quickly . All well accommodated, clean , no need to take anything but bed and bath linens. Very quiet to rest and have fun , in the midst of nature , beautiful clean and huge pools, close to beaches , shops , supermarket and pharmacy. Extremely considerate , helpful Sandro, always with quick replies. Condominium staff all caring , helped with everything. Great location , I'm delighted with the location . The Will to live there , I definitely want to go back there.

We stayed with a group of 17 people and the experience was simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, very well maintained, clean and with a structure that perfectly met all our needs. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a super pleasant energy — ideal for enjoying with family and friends. We felt at home from the first moment. We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!

Casa Bonitinha is comfortable, airy, well located right next to the beach without the need to go by car , accessible commerce, it's all close by. Jennifer received me and my family very well. The Amazing Experience that was for the history of my family, excellent outdoor space with a BBQ and hammock, very well planned indoor space and the interior decoration was a show of creativity and comfort, thank you Jennifer for welcoming us so well, I missed you and we will definitely be back. Casa Bonitinha is Linda and cozy, I recommend it.

From the very start, the incredible support from the owners and staff, Miguel and Diva, made our stay truly special. The place offers endless possibilities to explore, surrounded by stunning nature. The swimming pool is not only refreshing but also extremely comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax. The barbecue area is fantastic for preparing a variety of meals, from grilled meats to pizzas, thanks to the well-equipped area. We also made great use of the amazing kitchen at the main house, which provided everything we needed to cook different dishes with ease. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and provided us with all the comfort we needed. We are deeply grateful to the owners and staff for this wonderful experience, and we will certainly be back in the future!

It's exactly as shown in the photos, nothing to complain about in the house, the light sometimes blinks, I believe it's some problem in the electricity. It's fully fenced, I took my dogs and I didn't have to worry about them possibly running away. The farm is one of the last in the region, it is approximately 6 km of road after leaving the highway, and if it is raining, it can be a problem due to dirt roads, and mud, it can even stall, avoid low cars. Waze does not take you exactly to the house, but very close. When Waze ends, just follow the hill ahead and you will soon arrive, the house will be at the end.

The space was impeccable, very comfortable and met all of our needs. The location was also perfect, providing a wonderful experience during our trip.

Very nice and quiet place, Idea for families

We were greeted by the housekeeper, who explained everything about the operation of the house, the space is beautiful, open, cozy and what surprised me is that the house is very complete, there is nothing missing in the kitchen and has several leisure options, the children and the dogs have enjoyed a lot. Very attentive Clark, left chocolates and a beautiful note to welcome us, answered all the messages promptly and we felt at home, their care is amazing, on Sunday morning until freezing eggs the homemade had left for us, I was in love and I will come back other times. Thank you for everything!!!

The place is exactly like the photos, everyone who was loved. The landscape of the property in which the house is located is very beautiful, both in the day and in the evening. The place is a little away, but the past instructions to get there were clear and exact. The officers who were on-site during my stay were very requested and responded quickly.

House with wonderful forest, we caught a day of heavy rains with thunderstorms and despite oscillating and having rapid falls we did not run out of power, wifi works very well (I recommend leaving the cell phone in airplane mode with wifi on, it saves a lot of battery because there is no signal nearby)
