Very pretty location and private 😊 This is a lovely and authentic older home and reminded me of my great grandmother’s home with creaky wood floors and homey atmosphere! We were just sorry that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the beautiful stone patio for morning coffee or evening meals!

This place was in a great location. We were in the area for a wedding at the 1812 Farm which is just 8 minutes up the road. It is very close to the Pemaquid lighthouse, Colonial Pemaquid, and the LaVerna Nature Preserve (nice place for a run or hike to the ocean). We found the house to be comfortable, quiet, clean and very usable: Lots of natural light Rack to hang clothes Extra blankets Good cookware Desk in the bedroom Big dining table Outlet near the night stand Lots of counter space Multiple places to hang wet towels

Quaint Maine Coast cottage for two? Check! Mid-October retreat to peaceful location? Check! About as close to waterfront you can get without falling in? Check! Morning sunrise across the harbor with rose, pink, purple, blue neon colors? Check! Funky, Artsy, Unique cottage features (by all means, appreciate the Art Glass newel posts)? Check! Clean, cozy, comfortable and induces lazy R&R? Double Check!! Nearby places to explore, learn history, eat & drink hearty, hike, shop for treasures? Also double check!! My husband and I frequent the Pemaquid Peninsula during all seasons. Sometimes we camp, sometimes we find hidden gems to stay for a weekend...Ken's Cottage is a keeper...Triple Check!!! We enjoyed our stay in Alina’s cottage. It’s in a small village with other oceanfront homes. The cottage is new with all amenities but ‘fits in’ with other established homes around it which are original to the location. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning with our coffee. The cottage is dog friendly with quiet neighborhood roads to walk. It’s an easy drive to Boothbay Harbor & other points of interest. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Alina’s is the place for you!

Very pleasant place, peaceful at the start of the season. Walkable to all local restaurants, stores, etc. Clean, well-kept, great value!

Our stay at The Rowe House was absolutely wonderful! The space was immaculate, and had every amenity we needed. The host was welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was perfect - close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. We especially loved the kitchen that led to the side porch. The yard was well taken care of and had plenty of seating to hang out. Also the beds were very comfortable. It was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had, and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor. Beautiful location!

Stayed here for 1 night to cap off a Maine coastal trip and it was a perfect place to unwind and relax. Good walkable food options and very comfortable bed.

I love Maine's working waterfront and even though my stay was in the off season there was a wonderful glimpse into our fishing economy and the hard work it takes to keep it happening. The quality of light in the unit was amazing, and viewing the moon across the water was stunning. Easy to access all that the midcoast has to offer within an easy ride, to Rockland and Damariscotta and Boothbay and Wiscasset -- my favorite spots. Beautiful places nearby to hike and explore. Onsite staff people Debbie and Blair were wonderful; when I had an issue with the internet -- it was fixed quickly. Unit was well equipped for a person who loves to cook. Also having a bathtub in a waterfront apartment was a plus since many don't have them. Clean, comfortable, safe-feeling -- all one could want in a Maine coastal vacation. Wish I could have stayed longer but instead I'll just plan to go back again.

This apartment was so clean, well decorated, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to downtown Wiscasset, Boothbay and Freeport. This was our 2nd stay and we will return. Kathleen is a great host!

Boo and Jonathan’s place is the definition of “the perfect air bnb”. This place truly felt like home - it was well designed, inviting, and charming. The small details (such as the delicious homemade pumpkin bread), the cozy blankets, fresh flowers and binder of local recommendations were all noticed and appreciated. We had the most wonderful stay - thank you!

We loved our stay at Brenda's place. It was great for a peaceful vacation, a quiet location with no traffic jams!! A bit remote but not too far from the places we like to go in Midcoast Maine.

We had a lovely night at Audray’s place! The location & the views exceed expectations. It was clean, cozy and inviting. Edited to add- not reducing stars for this because we enjoyed the accommodations, but I want other travelers w/ pets to be aware: Audray reached out 24+ hours after we checked out to say her cleaning person reported “an excess of pet hair on furniture and linens than her washing machine could not handle”, and requested we mail her an extra $50 to cover special laundering. We sent $75 on platform instead as we were shocked and sorry to hear this. We found it surprising b/c were in the condo only 14 hours, we immediately covered the furniture w/ pet covers (we brought our own) upon arrival, we covered the beds w/ our own extra top sheets to protect the quilts from pet hair, & we do not let dogs sleep in the beds- we bring pet beds. We have only received compliments on cleanliness & exclusively 5 star reviews from hosts over 7 yrs and 23 stays all w/ multiple pets.

The Deckhouse was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Margaret immediately made us feel welcome as we checked in. She gave us a quick run down of the house and some fantastic recommendations. Easily walkable into the business district across the footbridge. A super short drive from the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and other great spots to explore. The deckhouse also makes for a great spot to sit and relax watching the waterfront at work. We would certainly come back.

Grace's place was perfect for a stop over night. It has every amenity we could need and while it was small, the space was organized super well and was comfortable to stay in.

Wonderful place, beautiful view, clean home, would Definitely rebooked in the near future! 100% recommend

Wonderful little spot very close to the beach. Plenty of places to walk to from the location as well as a short drive to Old Orchard Beach. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This cute little cottage was perfect for my stay in Old Orchard Beach. My stay was in cold January but the cottage was warm and cozy. The highlight was being steps from the beach and being able to roll out of bed and catch the sunrise each morning.

We had a great time! The condo is clean, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend this AirBnB, especially for the beach proximity.

Great place to stay in Brunswick! Extremely walkable to the downtown restaurants and shops. Clean and bright space with spacious bedrooms (enough space to throw a pack-and-play in one of the bedrooms). Beds were comfortable and living room/kitchen good for socializing! Bonus — you can also access the Androscoggin River path for a nearby dose of nature and water. This is the second location of Spencer’s we’ve stayed in (the other about two years ago) and both stays were awesome. Highly recommend for a trip to Brunswick!
