If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. This home is gorgeous and the host is incredibly kind, responsive, and understanding. Even when we broke a plate, she did not kick us out or even charge us a fee. The host also allowed us to check out much later. Additionally, the home comes with all the beach accessories you’d need like chairs, mats, and an umbrella. Overall, this stay was incredible and well worth the money.

Staying at Seaside Serenity was amazing. We had a wonderful stay everything was perfect! Ms. Andrielle is a great host and her home was comfortable and cozy. Hopefully we can come back and stay in her home. Thanks again Ms. Andrielle for making our few days away such a relaxing and enjoyable time. The beach as always was fabulous!

When we walked into the home it felt like home! Very clean and cozy! We did not want to leave when it was time to go. The home had everything we could think of and are already ready to book our next stay!

The family had a great time in Bradenton. We enjoyed the house and the amenities offered! The kids especially loved the pool and putt golf at the house. We enjoyed being guests at the Sunshine House! Overall, we had a blast!

We had a wonderful time! The location was close enough to Anna Maria Island without the traffic or tourists so it was perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The hosts left us snacks and coffee which we greatly appreciated! We would definitely go back!

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

My husband and I went for a 2 day concert and this place was perfect for what we needed. quiet, we were able to sleep well. very clean. I would absolutely book again.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Serenity of the Manatee. We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful, and cozy place that is only 30 to 35 minutes from beaches. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed; however, a small stove will be a great addition for longer stays. We would definitely stay here again.

We were 3 adults (1 couple+a single adult) so the accommodations were just perfect. The amenities provided were very helpful, from kitchen supplies to beach/pool equipment. The location is great. Quick ride to the grocery store, restaurants and so much more. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you Debra

David's met us at check in and was very accommodating and even helped us with our bags. The condo was very spacious and clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the sound. Very quite complex even over the holiday weekend. Easy walk to hotel bar and tiki restaurant. Nearby Anna Maria and Bradenton was a quick drive.

Great place for the price

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

Lovely little spot to stay. Very clean, peaceful and quiet. I found the location to be great also. Close to a lot of stuff.
