Monthly Rentals in South Beach

What a great find! I spent 3 months at this beautiful airbnb in Sebastian and it was a 5/5 experience. Here's why: The hosts Lorri and Darrell are the best. Lorri invited me over for homemade ice cream and snacks, check in was easy and friendly (they even left me some food as welcoming gifts) and they were always a text away if I needed anything. They obviously care a lot about their guests and their home and chatted with me like I was an old friend, even inviting me to meet the neighbors. Darrell is great too, he picked up a beach chair for me to use at the beach and even helped me with my car troubles- not necessary at all but a huge help to me! The place is clean, spacious and even better than the photos, a nice private apartment separated from their lovely home. The AC is nice & strong. Location is great, close to the beach and river full of wildlife and Sebastian has some good local businesses. I'd go on but I'm out of characters, I look forward to staying here again some day!

This was a very clean and comfortable place with lots of space in a great neighbourhood. There is a nice little park just down the street across from a sidewalk that goes along a waterway with lots of birds and turtles. There's also a bigger park that's only a five minute drive away. It's also close to beaches and shopping. Kelly was a great host who seemed genuinely concerned with making sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great space decorated very tasteful, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Drive up entrance , way better than a hotel. Max has a lot of little extras, Everything seems close by. We had a nice stay. Thank you
