Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We spent a weekend at Juresha’s location and we loved our entire stay. House was clean, organized, and contained lots of cozy amenities. We actually wish we stayed in the house more rather than jumping around LA! Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. We were in the area for an event at SoFi and it was the perfect spot for easy access to the venue. Juresha was proactive with communicating details to us, checking in, and sharing details about the home to make sure we were comfortable. Would recommend! Thank you.

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. The backyard is gorgeous, the layout makes every bedroom quiet, the living room is cozy. The host is super responsive and flexible. We loved it!

Great place! Nicole and her team do a great job! Her flexibility is impressive and has helped us a lot! Great! We also always had great communication. Thanks for that. It should be noted that the house only has a narrow bathroom (clearly communicated). That wasn't an issue for us, though. For larger groups, this could lead to a longer wait. The kids loved the house!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

MK is a fantastic host! Her place is in a wonderful, central location that allows you to easily get around LA which is saying a lot as LA can be a tough city to get around in. The home matched the description and photos. MK was very accommodating, flexible, kind, and responsive - thank you for a great stay!

Holly was a very great host… she was helpful and very informative. She responded very quickly and helped with all questions even if they weren’t about the stay itself. She informed us on important Information and was just all around great. The building was very safe! Closed off to the public and I felt very secure leaving and entering. A little noisy but it’s downtown… we expected it. I still enjoyed my time there and I’m happy I chose her to be my host… I would definitely visit again!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Her sweet pets greeted us warmly, which made the stay even more special. There were no loud noises, no miscommunication—just peace, comfort, and great vibes the entire time. Breanna was an excellent host, and we truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she put into making our stay so enjoyable. Julia is an incredible host. From the time we booked her home, she was very hospitable and did everything to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend her place to anyone wanting to visit LA. My wife and I have visited the West Coast many times from Cincinnati, staying in places like Hermosa and Manhattan Beach. This was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The location is unbeatable - literally right on the beach. The surrounding area is fantastic, and we ended up eating at Mickey’s for nearly every meal. It’s just a block away and the food was outstanding. The Hermosa Beach Pier is also a short walk away, offering plenty of great spots to eat, drink, and explore.

What a sanctuary. The trip was perfect from start to finish. Thank you Aradhna, we’ve got memories to last a lifetime … oh, and that view! :-)

It was such a great place to stay, we lived there for 3 months as we relocated to LA. The house itself is a bit old but it’s super clean and the location is incredible. Beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities you require. The hosts were honestly so helpful and caring and we would 100% book it again and recommend it to anyone. Great neighborhood, near the beach, great coffee, breakfast & yoga nearby.

We had an incredible month-long stay at Hilary’s! The location couldn’t be more perfect — super walkable and you can even see the ocean from the living room. Very tastefully decorated, lots of charm and fully stocked. We especially loved the living room, which was large and full of natural light. A great space for hosting as well. One parking spot provided in an area that isn’t the easiest to find parking in. Highly recommend!

This was such a cozy place to be. I’m a traveling nurse and always look for places that look safe, clean and have reviews that align with my desire to feel at home because I’m always traveling. This place did exactly that! Brodie was responsive and helpful! I will stay here again and again if I have jobs in the PV area! The beach, great restaurants, a laundry mat and shops are all within walking distance! The kitchen and bathroom have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the place was squeaky clean!
