Fantastic! Every time! What a view! Immaculately clean, with all the amenities you could need. Noe and Joe are wonderful people. A must do!

Sandra was very easy to communicate with during the entire process. I had asked her for an early check in on short notice but she couldn’t accommodate, reasonably so, but was more than willing to offer a late check out without us having to ask. If we are ever in the area again we would for sure stay at her place!

This is a great spot. Easy parking. Walking to the nearby shops and restaurants was so pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Sweet family and pup. Nice little backyard oasis!

It was a great crash for a night! I was on a road trip, only slept here then was gone in the morning. It was good have nothing bad to say about it!!

Michael and Laura were fabulous hosts. Before I checked in, they sent me a message asking about my favorite drink -- so that they could have it waiting for me! I felt like I arrived to a secret garden, with a darling welcome sign at the front door. The entrance feels fully private and the area is so quiet. The space is thoughtfully stocked, with everything I needed for cooking, showering, sleeping, relaxing. Michael checked in to see that I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I texted about best walkable grocery stores or scenic walks. They are a perfect combination of warm and attentive, while also respecting privacy. This is my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed. And I hope to come back again! Seriously cannot thank them enough for a wonderful time and for sharing their incredible space with me! Hugs to you both -- fabulous job!

My friend and I had a great stay in LA. The Airbnb was in a great location which felt safe and was walking distance of a bus route that took us into LA or down to Venice Beach. The place was clean and supplied with everything: kitchen essentials, hair and body wash, and extra towels and blankets. The host was very responsive and always warned us ahead of time if he was going to be in the garden at all. The dog was lovely too! Thank you!

Sara and Sam were great hosts and their place was fantastic. We really appreciated their clear and responsive communication, would stay again!

While we give Karen's place 5 stars, we would give more if there was the option! The studio is thoughtfully decorated with every detail. It is clear that she put her heart into decorating the unit. It is also pristine clean. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to prepare meals if you wish. The unit's bright lighting and view of the gardens make for a pleasant, peaceful stay. The neighborhood is amazing and we enjoyed walking to take in the architecture and landscaping. The location is ideal to many SoCal attractions. Finally, Karen is an amazing host. She is a responsive and accommodating communicator. She anticipates your every need.

I had an excellent stay for a week. Friendly and gracious hosts, the studio has great natural light, a lovely backyard, and was a quiet and comfy place to sleep. The neighborhood is pretty and residential. Meeting the sweetheart dogs of the house was a bonus!

This was perfect for our work group of 3. Location was great and space was very accommodating. Communication was timely and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer’s place was a great stay, central to a lot of activities and 15 minutes away from the beach which is a huge plus. Cozy and roomy with great water pressure! And of course a great host, will be booking again in the future and highly recommend to other!

Wonderful, peaceful oasis with a superb location! Easy to walk everywhere. Dominique is a fantastic host - great to communicate with and welcomed us with awesome sparkling water and snacks . We would love to stay here again!

The place was fantastic. A little tricky to get to especially if coming from Malibu in the fog! Worth the trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a wonderful stay at this property — it was clean and so spacious.

Lidia was very kind, she allowed us to check in a little earlier and check out later from the accommodation. Very well located for catching a plane, having a vehicle of course.

The guesthouse was located in a quiet neighborhood and it was easy to find. He was very responsive to any of my concerns and questions I had. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. I liked the skylights at the house and also the bed was very comfortable.

Elaine and Max had an awesome place and were super kind/responsive. Would love to stay here again!

I had a lovely stay here. Michelle and as super helpful, welcoming and loved meeting her beautiful dogs. Lovely home, comfy bed, very clean, awesome shower and great kitchen. Has everything you need. Was so helpful to be able to do a load of sanding too. Would love to come back one day. 🙏☀️
