Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. It is set well back from the road with a good-sized front garden with parking for 2 cars and a lime shaded, south facing terrace at the back with views over the Nar valley. Recent high end quartz work top kitchen fitted . Has both washing machine and dishwasher. Dog friendly for up to two dogs,but garden not enclosed.
