Monthly Rentals in Soucia

Very nice apartment on the ground floor of a very nice villa with stunning views of Lake Clairvaux a few hundred meters below. Finally a rental without a lockbox! We were welcomed by the hosts Hélène and Jean-Claude who immediately put us at ease with their charisma and kindness. A small medical problem for my wife was quickly solved by Hélène's connections. The apartment, very quiet and super comfortable, is large and has all the essentials for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the bottle of Jura rosé wine that was waiting for us in the refrigerator...No worries either with the parking of the vehicle which had its reserved place, all in a secure environment. A very high level rental.

The small house is exactly as described and seen in the photos. The garden is actually completely closed, so the dog could easily run around there. The area is very quiet and offers many opportunities for hiking. Clairvaux is only a few minutes away by car and offers plenty of shopping opportunities. The local baker is open daily from 6 AM to 7:30 PM! Overall we had a very nice time there!

It was an extremely pleasant experience. Everything went well. I would highly recommend it if you need a modern home, with plenty of space, in a quiet area.
