A little corner of heaven to discover in a very beautiful region. The accommodation is very welcoming and comfortable, there are many advantages: impeccable bedding, a really functional kitchen, a superb quiet garden where you can recharge, an accessible open-air swimming pool and above all quality hosts, very welcoming and enthusiastic to give useful advice on this very beautiful region, passionate about history and very attentive. An ideal setting for a successful vacation.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Firstly the hosts were responsive from the moment we booked to right through to check out. It helps they live on-site so when we had questions/issued Tas was with us instantly. The house has an incredible wow factor, and the heated pool and outside setting was to die for. Perfect for a general pool party / bbq party. What we especially liked as 3 couples with babies and toddlers, Tas has a “just like home approach” meaning we were not at all worried about the kids. The house is well equipped and had 3 high chairs and cots (with matresses). The bedrooms are wonderful and beds very comfortable, for an old house even the shower pressure was good. This region is rural so with water nearby do expect the usual flies/bugs/mozzie. That said, I was not biten all week and there were ample citronella aids (raid) left in kitchen for us along with a welcome hamper. Hosts are English and cater for a UK audience very well. Noise was never a problem and we felt at ease al week.

We had a lovely time at this positively lost stone lodge in the Quercy. quiet, large bed for rest, nice setting. and surely a good time in the pool in the summer. we'll be happy to come back

This is probably the best Airbnb property we have ever stayed in. It is in a peaceful location, set in very well maintained gardens, and with lovely views of the surrounding countryside, particularly from the outdoor dining terrace and the swimming pool. Tastefully renovated, it is also decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard, and the leisure and games facilities (swimming, table tennis, snooker, table football, boules) are exceptional. The Lot and Aveyron valleys, with their spectacular gorges and picturesque hilltop towns and villages, are as scenic as the Dordogne but much quieter and less frequented, and we spent three happy days exploring the area. The hosts, Fanny and her mother Marie, are extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We would love to return to the property in the future.

Herve was a great host from booking to during our stay. He was informative, helpful, and super friendly. His house is beautiful, in a great location within the centre of Montflanquin. Just a minutes walk uphill to the square where some amazing restaurants are. The house had everything you needed. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, condiments, washing up facilities. Brilliant open dining/living area upstairs. Stairs are very steep, but we knew this beforehand. downstairs (ground level) is really spacious, plenty of hangers,wardrobe space. bathroom has a large area to store toiletries. would highly recommend Herve and his place. We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

Charming cottage on the edge of the Périgord Noir. The pool is very nice when it's very hot. We had great recommendations and a great welcome.

Beautiful little terrace house in Belves within walking distance of the centre of the village. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants within. Five minute walk. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The steps to the outside terrace are very steep and could be slippery if damp but the area is lovely to relax in. Lots to see and places to visit in this beautiful part of France.

Kind and welcoming host. Very nice house with beautiful decor! It's a success! We only spent one night but it was a change of scenery! We will recommend around us.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Nelly welcomed us warmly. We also found him to be very attentive and caring. La Grangette is quiet and we slept well there.

We stayed for 10 nights as 5 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 5. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the size of space and facilities available were excellent and we felt right at home. The cellar was a big hit with the adults and we all enjoyed the pool day and night. Plenty of nice villages and towns within driving distance if you want to get out and explore which we did on several occasions. Rachel will keep you right with plenty of local tips and info she’s a great host. I’m sure we will be back, thanks again

An amazing stay! We loved the area, the cottage, and the hosts.

This house is an absolute gem. Perfectly located for exploring Castelnaud Chateau and other local sights. The garden view is lovely and is great fun when the balloons float past! A beautiful, characterful cottage in the heart of this historic village.

Debbie and Christopher are very hospitable people, the apartment is cozy and we slept very well! The swimming pool is ideal as well as the view of the valley, the welcome package was much appreciated. We received information about the region and market days. If you are well trained, then the challenge is to go cycling with Christopher. We stayed here for a week and will come back if we are nearby. Regards, Monique and Kees

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, plenty of comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning to late evening. The area is very peaceful and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. The communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly, and you get quick response to questions.

We had the most wonderful holiday at Stephane and Bob's beautiful gite. They are very friendly and thoughtful hosts who have a fabulous home and garden. Our daughter loved the pool and felt very at home (as did we). The perfect place to relax but also very close to lots of places to visit. We hope to return! Many thanks 🙏

We had a great weekend at Margaux's. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos: clean, well maintained and very pleasant to stay in. The spa, like the charming hut that houses it, is of high quality and invites you to relax. The garden, beautifully landscaped and well-kept, is a real little haven of peace… and what a pleasure to see the little chickens frolic freely! Margaux and her spouse are caring, responsive and available hosts. Communication was smooth from start to finish. The bed is very comfortable and the master suite is simply superb. Small downside: the proximity of a road axis brings a little noise, but this does not spoil the experience, as the place is pleasant. We'll be happy to go back! This Airbnb is one of the best we have ever stayed in. The cottage is beautifully decorated , very romantic, with everything you could possibly want. The garden is also very pretty. Although it's only a 2 minute walk to a bakery, small supermarket and quite a few restaurants, it is in a quiet location. There is also a farmer's market on Monday mornings. We just loved everything. Chantal was extremely helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you so much Chantal for sharing your gorgeous cottage.
