Rent out my tree located at Klevenudden on Smögen! The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment you have swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 min walking distance to the smögen pier. Parking space is available in garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, own sheets and towels are provided. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by guest at check out. Age limit 25

Rent our brand new apt at cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 m. the jetty is our 3rd with many beds and a large ocean view balcony. From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apt and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is located under the house with elevator up to apt. No pets, no smoking or "party". Age limit 30 years.

Busshållplats utanför dörren men också gång- och cykelbana. Badhus med gym om vädret är lite sämre tvärs över gatan. Båt- och kajakuthyrning också det tvärs över gatan. Golf, tennis, padel, wakeboard, vandringsleder och mycket annat inom tio minuters avstånd.

We spent a weekend in Anders' accommodation and had a very nice time. The accommodation is incredibly nice and has many nice touches. It is difficult, almost impossible, to describe the beautiful location and the breathtaking view of the sea. I highly recommend Anders' accommodation if you want to experience a few days on the west coast. Anders responded quickly to questions and was keen that we would have as good an experience as possible. We will book more times.

A very cozy house in nice quiet surroundings. Short distance to great swimming areas and Svaberg, and about 4-500 m to the grocery store. Approximately 1 km down to Smögen with shops and restaurants. Great that we could borrow bikes, but it is also nice to walk down to Smögen. Anna is a nice host who responds quickly to all inquiries. Recommended.

There were flexible check-in and check-out times in consultation Johan's wife and son were very helpful. They live in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and there were several large unpaid parking lots a little further away. The cottage is really as described, and you could do everything on foot. Accommodations were great for us for a few days stay on the west coast. It is just far enough from central Kungshamn that you will not be disturbed by nightlife but at the same time an okay walking distance to restaurants and taxi boats over to Smögen. There is also a swimming area right next to the accommodation to be able to take a swim. In the apartment's kitchen, there is everything needed to cook lighter meals and overall a well-equipped accommodation. We also received a very good and nice reception from Karin. Both in the thoughts we had, but also that she on her own urged us to let her know if there was anything. We were very pleased with the accommodation that suited our needs well. 🌸☀️
