Centrally located and completely renovated accommodation of 50 sqm in the middle of Hunnebostrand. Coop is across the street and right next to it is a park for play and activities. After a short walk, you are down at the harbor where swimming areas, shops and restaurants are located. The kitchen is fully equipped (no dishwasher). Two beds are in the bedroom and the living room has an open plan. There is a bed and a sofa bed for two people. Tiled toilet/shower with washing machine. At the entrance, there is a balcony and a parking space.

Our cottage is located in the middle of popular Skalhamn. With just a five-minute walk, you can reach lovely rock pools and not far from there is the nearest sandy beach. The cottage is also within walking distance of both the restaurant and café at Basteviksholmarna. The nearest grocery store in Lysekil is about 15 minutes away by car. There is also the state off-license, Havets Hus, shops, restaurants, cafés, etc. If you are interested in golf, there is also Holma golf course, about 20 minutes' drive from Skalhamn.

The west coast, Bohuslän with warm cliffs, red boathouses, perfect fishing, water sports and exciting excursion destinations – it's no wonder we make a pilgrimage to this beautiful part of Västra Götaland, every year. Läsarstugan has the sea in front of it with piers and boats. Here you can bring your coffee cup and walk down to the jetty and take a morning or evening swim or just enjoy. Right next to the house, you can access the beautiful Kuststigen, a hiking trail in different stages with well-marked trails.

Welcome to my little paradise. Accommodation close to nature with both the sea and animal/bird life outside the window. Patio with sea view. Close to swimming, really nice hikes, historical sites, art school, artists' collective workshop, artists' café (on weekends and every day in the summer.) Also close to famous tourist destinations such as Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka. Lillstugan is newly built and is located next to the residential house. Quiet neighborhood, mostly seasonal residents.

For those who are golfing, Sotenäs GK is only one kilometer away and you can walk there. And if you like to hike in the woods, it's just to go to Soteleden which almost goes past the house.

Thanks to the fact that the place is small with a simple standard, it becomes very cozy and unique. Please note that the property is about 12m2 and have no kitchen and no toilet. But there is a simple kitchenette as well as access to the toilet and shower are close by.

The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, microwave and fridge, access to freezer. Quiet location, about 100 meters to public swimming and 2 km to Kungshamn city center. Parking is not possible at the house, but you can load and unload the car at the property.
