The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

From Kleven it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apt and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Webergrill, TV. Parking space is located under the house with elevator up to apt. No pets, no smoking or "party". Age limit 30 years.
