Rent out my third floor located at Klevenudden on Smögen! The apartment is a new production that was completed in the summer of 2018, with two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with sea view. From the apartment you have a swimming area a stone's throw away and about 10 minutes walking distance to smögenbryggan. Parking space is available in garage under the property with elevator up to the apartment. When renting, please bring your own bed linen and towels. Smoking and parties are not allowed and cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Age limit 25

Close to the sea

Newly renovated house of 63 well-planned square meters. Two smaller bedrooms with 90 cm wide beds. One larger bedroom with one 160 cm wide bed. In the large cottage there is a sofa bed that will be 140 cm wide if you make it out. The kitchen has an induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, sparkling machine and coffee maker. In the main cabin there is a freshly assembled fireplace and space to sit 6-8 people at the kitchen table. TV with standard range of channels, as well as wireless Wi-Fi. Guest house with a bedroom.

Nice downstairs apartment in central Kungshamn, close to the sea, swimming and center with good connection to Smögen. The apartment consists of kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker. Toilet w shower. 4 beds and a sofa bed so a total of six people get bedrooms. Internet is included. Outdoor furniture, barbecue on private terrace and small garden you have access to. Duvets and pillows are available but bed linen, towels and the like are not included. Pets not allowed. Cleaning is done by the tenant, cleaning stuff is on site.

Enjoy the charm of a newly built cabin in three floors. At the front there is a small terrace with table and chairs, perfect to enjoy the breakfast tomorrow sun. In the cottage there is a fully putty kitchen with a nice window at the sink. 2 steps up you end up in a cozy sofa group with the opportunity to watch TV and make the sofa into a 140 wide bed. After a full day of sun and swimming on the beach which is about 50 meters away, you head down the stairs to the slightly cooler bedroom with 160 bed.

Opposite Smögenbryggan, this fresh apartment is located with the best view. One staircase up with two balconies in different weather conditions. The apartment is newly built and tastefully decorated. Open floor plan with hallway, kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with the single bed and an extra mattress that can be placed next to the single bed, or in the living room. Possibility of your own boat spot near the accommodation for extra charge.

Hello! My apartment is located in the middle of Smögenbryggan.It is close to restaurants,shopping, the cliffs with salty baths on sunsets.Bar to nightlife is around the corner but not disturbing in the apartment.The accommodation is newly renovated , fresh and nice .It is small bedrooms but you can close at least(4of the beds are bunk beds ,90&110 cm wide) You will love being here and enjoy the West Coast pearl !! Guest house 25 sqm near bath in Kungshamn, Bohuslän

Trevligt gästhus på 25 kvm i anslutning till huvudbyggnad. Huset består av allrum/kök, sovrum och badrum med dusch och toalett, sovloft finns. Köket är utrustat med induktionshäll, microvågsugn och kylskåp, tillgång till frys. Lugnt läge, ca 100 meter till allmänt bad och 2 km till Kungshamns centrum. Parkering ej möjlig vid huset men det går bra att lasta i och ur bil vid boendet.

About 200 meters to a popular swimming area and about the same short distance to Kungshamn city center where you will find, among other things, the cozy Hamnbageriet and the Zita boats that take you over to Smögen.
