House vacation rentals in Sopela

The house is in a beautiful location overlooking a verdant valley and is a short drive to Plentzia. There is a great beach there and a decent Eroski supermarket. Fernanda was a responsive and helpful host who made really helpful recommendations and the house was super comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean with huge amounts of storage. The pool is gorgeous. It’s described as a salt water pool but wasn’t salty at all. We had a great week between hotel stays in Bilbao and San Sebastián.

12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

Una estancia genial. La casa está en muy buenas condiciones, tiene un patio enorme y muy bonito. También dispone de bicicletas para hacer alguna ruta por los alrededores de los pueblos, que tiene preciosas vistas y un río muy cerca. Estancia para repetir!!!

Perfectos anfitriones. Detallistas y muy agradables.comunicación perfecta. La casa no se puede pedir mucho más, tiene de todo para que te sientas como en casa.volveremos seguro solo por darles un poco de guerra. Jaja. Fue un placer. Gracias por todo.

Absolument tout était superbe, la maison, les équipements y compris à l'extérieur, la propreté. Eduardo et sa femme extrêmement accueillant et peu avares de recommandations dans la région. Merci à eux, je recommande cette location sans hésiter.

Fuimos 12 amigos y estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa. Fernando y Nerea fueron encantadores y muy atentos con nosotros. La casa tiene muy buenas instalaciones, además de estar rodeada de naturaleza. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que nos permitió visitar fácilmente Bilbao, Donostia y la zona de costa entre Zumaia y Guetaria. Totalmente recomendable!

Le design de la maison est exceptionnel. Sauf la propreté des terrasses et du frigo, la maison était fantastique. Luis Pablo a été super amical et réactif face à chaque problème. La piscine fraîche nous a permis de nager tous les jours, de sorte que l’absence de climatisation ne s’est pas ressentie en journée. La plupart de la literie était correcte, le second lit double de 1,20m de large était parfait pour notre adolescent. Des sprays anti-moustiques et insectes étaient utilement disposés aux coins stratégiques. La mer est proche de la maison, laissant le choix entre criques confidentielles ou plages aménagées. Pour les sportifs, n’oubliez pas votre vélo si vous aimez le dénivelé, et un chemin de randonnée croise le bas de la rue et parcoure tous les environs. Enfin, la vue sur les alentours (mer d’un côté, collines et bois au dessus de la ville, de l’autre; couchers de soleils jouant merveilleusement avec l’architecture de la maison) a été ce que nous avons préféré.

We had a wonderful week at Maria’s place! The house was perfect – clean, thoughtfully furnished, and ideal for us and our two toddlers. Everything we needed was there, and we felt at home from the very beginning. The location was great, and communication with Maria was always friendly and easy. Thanks to this lovely accommodation, our family vacation turned into a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

The house location is way more beautiful than the photos. It is possible to walk to beaches up/down a windy steep grade. The house itself is fantastic. We had our own private parking and outdoor kitchen to use. The house itself is 4 bedrooms upstairs (2 double, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 3 single beds) and 1 downstairs (double) for a total of 5! 4 bathrooms with 3 showers. The house is in a duplex with the other side having a number of apartments. However, we felt total privacy and had our own space. The owner is delightful - friendly and helpful and truly wanted us to have a great stay. Perfect place - there was 9 of us and we all felt we had plenty of space and loved our evenings overlooking the sea and listening to the waves crash below us. As an extra bonus the neighborhood horses come to the fence looking for treats!

Lourdes a été très accueillante et sympathique, logement spacieux pour notre groupe de 18 personnes. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bains ce qui est très pratique quand on est nombreux. La maison est très bien située. Seul bémol mais pour lequel Lourdes n'est pas responsable les aboiements des chiens du voisinage jusque tard dans la nuit. Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Merci !

La estancia genial. El piso está bien ubicado y equipado . La comunicación con el anfitrión se ha dado muy bien. Verónica contestando en todo momento y muy rápido. Estamos muy agradecidos por todo recomiendo 100%.

Casa Merino is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood in the mountains. In order to get into town (Castro Urdiales) and easily get to other areas of Cantabria, hiring a car or bringing your own is recommended. Pilar was very communicative and there to welcome us when we arrived. The house was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Pilar also readily answered queries during our stay and gave recommendations. We would happily recommend Casa Merino.

Casa perfecta con todo lo necesario y el porche y el jardín de 10. Las camas y el sofá son muy comodos. La ubicación entre las playas y el pueblo en una calle muy silenciosa frente al campo de golf hace que sea un sitio ideal para desconectar. El recinto está totalmente vallado por lo que ha sido perfecto para poder tener a la perrita suelta y que disfrutase tanto como nosotras. La dueña ha estado atenta desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir.

Estoy valorando Bilbao. Te parece este texto? Amplio, bien situado, limpio,.. algo escaso de mobiliario salón (solo sofá sin sillones) y faltan utensilios de cocina para cocinar para seis personas (cubertería y loza solo para seis). Un perchero vendría bien para abrigos.

Kleine, gemütliche Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht! Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, das Badezimmer war sehr sauber und vor dem Haus ist ein Parkplatz! Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Kommunikation, uns wurden Restaurants empfohlen und Bego war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden informiert. Der Check In war einfach und verlief reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The house is very nice and just as described. Sadly because of the weather, the grass backyard wasn't usable as it got very damp. But the kids enjoyed very much the terrace. The kitchen was interestingly equipped, but the pans deserve a good update as some are falling to pieces. there was a lot of spider webs and a big plague of ants was always appearing at the kitchen not matter how much we cleaned. There are some improvements that could be done at the bathrooms, but in general we really enjoyed our stay. We where recived by Joseba with a good harvest from the citrus trees that where very savory and it was lovely to see all the garden with bunches of beautiful flowers around us. The neighborhood is nice although really far from Bilbao, but we knew that in advance.

Our stay was amazing! Gari was an amazing host and his home is in an amazing location in an amazing place. Did I mention how amazing this was? 10 out of 10 recommend.

I was going not in Bilbao overnight and chose to stay just outside the city. The house is newly refurbished with clean and functional modern furniture. House has everything included to make you feel comfortable and is really quiet. Ainhoa the host was really helpful, even going as far as to book me a taxi and leaving local food delicacies and oranges for our breakfast. A great host and you won’t regret staying there.

A very beautiful, comfortable home and very kind, friendly host--I would certainly stay again!

Hola a todos y todas!! Venimos de pasar un fin de semana espectacular en las Merindades, en la increíble casa de Raquel, antes de nada, destacar que era una escapada sorpresa para mi pareja, por su 30 cumpleaños, desde el principio Raquel fue una persona encantadora, ayudándome en todo, ofreciéndome planes y ayuda en cualquier cosa que surgiera, nos dejo una carta con felicitación incluida y dos muffins de chocolate! La casa es, todavía mejor que en las fotos, el jardín es enorme, con hamacas, barbaoca, espacio de sobra con nuestro perrete ( menudas vacaciones se ha pegado el), muchos árboles y sombra, un porche con una mesa inmejorable para desayunar y cenar; la casa por dentro es una absoluta pasada, imposible no enamorarse, hasta el mas pequeño detalle nos encantó! No quiero despedirme y recomendaros esta casa, sin antes darle las gracias a nuestra anfitriona y deciros que Raquel es 10/10, ella y la estancia claro! No dejéis de visitar Frías, Puentedey, Tobera y Ruinas de Rioseco!!

Very nice place with easy access to Bilbao city centre. Very friendly hosts who couldn’t of helped any more would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a trip to Bilbao

It was so nice to be greeted by Ainara. I really appreciate that. I also enjoyed the cozy, homey feeling of the apartment. The place offers everything you might need. It is centrally located close to nice bars and restaurants and with a very nice view!
