Beachfront vacation rentals in Sopela

We spent the May holiday and we couldn't have chosen better. A beautiful area, wonderful surroundings and the house with everything you need to feel at home. I'd like to highlight Almudena's attention, who helped us at all times and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back.

One of the best apartments we've ever stayed in, everything was super clean, Begoña was very nice, she recommended things to do, everything was very clear. The house had all kinds of amenities. I think it's the only place we've been where we can go in and live a normal life without having to go to a supermarket to buy basic things. We'd be happy to come back another time. PS: He left us 2 umbrellas ☂️ and a parasol in the apartment, ⛱️ which was a luxury, as well as some beach chairs.

We went to spend Christmas and felt right at home. We went with our dog and they didn't put any sticks on us. The perfect apartment, and very close to the beach And Gloria as a very good host, pending our arrival and any questions we had, she was quick to respond

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

We stayed one night at Asier's place, the apartment totally responded to our request, Asier for that matter too! Very responsive, friendly and pleasant person. 500m walk from the old port it is beautiful 25 min by car from Bilbao and otherwise 35 min by metro station just downstairs. We will come back to your place Asier for our next visits to the Basque coast!

Juan’s place was perfect, we could not fault it. We had two small kids, with a stroller and found it easily accessible by lift. We rented a mid-sized car and were able to use the car park without too much hassle. Juan and Paula were super friendly and helpful throughout. The location was fantastic for exploring Bilbao, while also offering a quieter neighbourhood and beaches nearby. The apartment was spotless and cosy, with beautiful views and the double bed was the most comfortable we have slept in! 100% recommend.

We loved our stay here. The location was so great! There is an amazing surf school right nearby and the beach is spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you, Zaira!!

great stay, very clean and tidy. Jesus and his wife came to great us and go through everything. Very friendly and helpful, great hosts highly recommended.

Jabi is an amazing host! The apartment was clean, spacious and the perfect size for family of 5! He left us a basket of fruit and stocked the kitchen with essentials- milk, juice, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper! He even left us potatoes so I was able to make tortilla de patatas! Communication with Jabi was excellent and was quick to respond to our texts. There were a few restaurants nearby and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

This is an apartment of superlatives! Very tastefully remodeled and furnished with incredible views of the sea and harbor. However, you have to work to get to this apartment: three narrow, steep stairs up with the luggage (!) but it's worth it. A culinary high-end restaurant at the harbor. Check-in also worked out great.

Our stay in Sopela was wonderful. Naiara was right there to greet us when we arrived -- with a bottle of red wine and a jar of Haribo candies! The apartment is comfortable, clean, sunny, and well-furnished. The pool and Social Club at Sopelmar are excellent, and the nearby beaches are breathtaking. And Naiara was easy to communicate with the entire time. Loved our stay!

12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

Had a great time at Estíbaliz's apartment. Excellent apartment, with all the necessary accessories, comfortable in new condition, and very clean when we arrived. Excellent welcome from Estíbaliz, when we arrived to give us all the necessary explanations, and responding almost instantly to our messages, whether in writing or by having it on the phone Very attentive, every time we asked for information, and anything else. The location is very good, and the parking just below the apartment is locked. Another nice thing, a supermarket is just next door. All this is located very close to the city center and the beaches. We'll be back without hesitating.

The host is very friendly and helpful!There are many shops near the house, and it is close to the beach!The house is on the fifth floor and has an elevator. Not only that, we want to praise the host's hospitality. We love the variety of coffee machines, which are convenient and meet everyone's needs.

We didn't know Getxo and we loved it. The studio is in an area with great views, near the old town, the promenade and the port. The studio has good electric heating, a modern shower with hot water, a comfortable mattress and at the same time the charm of the old remodeled buildings. We chose it as a starting point to visit Bilbao and its surroundings. Highly recommended.

The setting is beautiful and you're minutes away from everything. I will definitely be back, but for more days.

Fascinating experience. After opening the door, an exceptional view welcomes you. Amazing 2 days we spent with our family. If we want to visit the providence of Bilbao again, definitely this house will be our first choice. Meanwhile anything you need in a house, you find here easily. I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment – everything was absolutely perfect! The flat is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for comfortable living, beautifully maintained, and incredibly cozy. The location is just unbeatable – close to everything, in a lovely area, and honestly, I couldn’t have dreamed of a better spot. The host was exceptionally kind, responsive, and thoughtful – always ready to help and made me feel very welcome from the start. I genuinely couldn’t find a single downside. Highly recommended – I would come back in a heartbeat!

Fantastic place. Very clean and comfortable

Amazing stay and beautiful area. We caught the end of the festival in Bilbao and there was dancing and live music just outside of the apartment. It was a ton of fun! Plus there is a cool gondola to take you across the river. Cool stay and would 100% recommend to anyone!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and our hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. The village itself is lovely with some great restaurants. Without Ray at home and will definitely visit again, thank you.
