One room with a double bed and a baby bed. A bedroom/children's room with a sofa bed and a "bed corner" with a double bed mattress and 2 children's mattresses, as well as a children's play corner. There is also a cubby with a double bed mattress (can only be reached via a steep rung ladder). In the spacious living room there is a sofa bed.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

If you are longing for a break and want to enjoy the luxury of simplicity in a special atmosphere, this is the place to be. The lovingly designed showman's trailer with wood stove is located on a heritage-listed artists' courtyard (built in 1805). Enjoy life in this quiet, on the outskirts and yet centrally located apartment with direct access to the forest and fields. Our old half-timbered house, formerly a mill, is located directly on the Mühlgraben, with the local history museum on the neighboring property and the old hunting lodge opposite. The barrier-free apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, its own garden with two wooden terraces, kitchen, spacious living/dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and its own parking space.

A getaway – “La Casita” garden house in the countryside

Wooden house 13 sqm in the middle of our large orchard with mini kitchen, wood-burning stove, outhouse and solar power. There are 2 beds that can be set up as a double bed or single beds. Consciously kept simple, no TV and Wi-Fi, but plenty of PEACE and NATURE. The garden with swing, fireplace and teepee (in summer) is available. The house is 30 m away and there is a shower room that can be used from 7:30 am to 10 pm and where the dirty dishes can be handed in.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
