Sarah is a great host, very respectful, communicative and generous. Would stay in this place again if we get to visit Sonoma.

This is it if you are looking for privacy, comfort, and everything all in one place. We literally had to make ourselves leave the property… the babbling brook provided such serenity, and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor shower were amazing!!!

Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Watch the sunset and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean. Incredible hiking / running just out the front door. Kids (aged 10-15) loved the glamping tent! Wonderful hosts did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

This is our second time back to the Cabernet Cottage at Isis Oasis. We so much appreciate the funky nature of the place with its rich history. All of the wild animals are amazing and so fun to stroll the grounds with our boy. We are so impressed with the good work they do, funding their transitional housing with the proceeds from their rentals. Di Tracy and Justin were super generous and just very kind people.

Wonderful cottage! Cozy, clean and peaceful. It was a perfect stay with all the amenities for a relaxing getaway in wine country. Even more beautiful than the pictures.

What a treat!!! My friend and I truly enjoyed our visit! Close to the river, brunch and lunch spot, the town, and stones throw from music venue, which was a blast! Her place was adorable! We’re very familiar with the surrounding area and this home is classic to the Russian River vibe. It’s easy to access Jenner Highland preserve, Armstrong woods and river activities. We found the listing to be accurate and very clean. We did not access the small secondary building but appreciated the hot tub. We also were glad we left our dog at home as there is no grass on the property and several stairs to navigate. It would certainly work for some dogs, but not ours was quite large. We did appreciate David’s immediate response to our request to edit our reservation when we decided not to bring our dog; excellent communication!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! The hosts, Lynn and John, were friendly and welcoming. We brought our baby and they left out a booster seat, child plates/bowls, toys, and made up the crib for him! We were able to do a barrel tasting, which was fantastic! We loved the hot tub and the garden. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the corn hole and fire pit! Will have to come back!

This is such a beautiful home. The special details that Cheryl provided elevated the experience into more than just a place to stay. We felt like welcomed old friends. Cheryl left us fresh eggs, bagels, and freshly squeezed orange juice from the property’s orange trees. The gourmet kitchen is a cook’s dream. The beds were comfy, and we had plenty of space. The location is terrific, the grounds are beautifully landscaped, and we felt completely at home.

We found just what we were looking for; a peaceful and private cabin near the Russian River and with a lot of style and soul to boot. The house was very clean, comfortable and provided some sweet outdoor spaces for dining and lounging. With the heavy vegetation growing below, we didn't have a view of the river, but it was just a quick stroll away. The only downside I can think of is traffic noise along a semi-busy road that's nearby. But it wasn't a buzzkill and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly. We hope to return soon.

A friend and I and our daughters had a lovely time staying here. I loved the mix of keeping the historical feel of the house and the tasteful updates the owners have done. We used the provided kayaks and paddle boards to paddle on the river. It is mellow enough that you can paddle up and down without any trouble (at least in mid-June). The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. We used the firepit one night to cook "hobo" dinners and make smores. The spa was also nice. We went to the nearby town of Guerneville to go vintage and antique shopping and eat meals. We also went on a hike near the beach. And nearby Duncan Mills is also a nice place to eat and shop. The nearby Lightwave Cafe is an experience! Definitely recommend a meal there. I would definitely stay here again.

Karen's place was amazing! It looks beautiful in the photos and even better in real life. It's so peaceful—we saw deer and foxes from the balcony. The wonderful view from the hot tub is also so nice. It's one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. Location, privacy, size, etc, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Our stay was lovely! The beds and linens were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The entire home was well stocked and it felt like a second personal home in terms of the quality of items - sharp knives, well stocked pantry for cooking basics, foil, etc. We brought two dogs and it was a paradise for them. The outdoor area is truly magical. The fire pit is great, the downstairs dog shower is handy, and the landscaping is sublime.

Bolinas is a special, unique, off-beat slice of heaven. Same with Charle’s cottage. If you love authentic coastal vibes, then do yourself a favor and stay here if you can. It’s the real, real. Well loved and well worn cottage that works like a charm. Hot tub, walk to beach or the Mesa, or town. Little deck to enjoy the ocean view. Our family enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. Access to the river was a very short walk from the home. The house was clean and clear of clutter.

One of my all-time favorite stays! Great property, host, and price! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful weekend getaway.

It was a really nice stay for me and my two dogs. Extremely nice family, and nice quiet & private place. It was unlike most Airbnb’s in that everything in the interior had a personal touch, it was fully stocked to cook, every possible need, both to cook inside & out. Most AirBnB’s have a bit of an “IKEA” feel, this felt like a true guest house, decorated, quality furniture, extremely clean. The drive in was beautiful, and the unit was great to stay in.

This was our second long-term stay (each stay being several weeks) at the Sunset Serene Cottage and we will definitely be coming back for more. Consider this as your home away from home. The location and the view cannot be beat. The house is perfect for us as a couple - bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom have everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. It’s surrounded by so much nature, and it was wonderful to have a busy day and then come home to this oasis. Neighborhood is also very safe and we took many walks to enjoy the view of the Bay. Gem of a beachhouse, on a quiet street, just a short walk from the beach. Clean, tastefully decorated cabin and loved the peaceful back garden and front patio to enjoy the sun as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at Valerie’s place! I truly can’t say enough good things about it. The place itself was perfect for us. The kitchen and bathrooms were so well appointed, everything was absolutely spotless, the beds were comfortable, and it was wonderful to have a private backyard. Valerie was so responsive and kind. She thought of absolutely everything, and we were so grateful for her flexibility with our checkout time. We will definitely be coming back!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. We attended a festival in Napa and were close enough to get to the venue in under 30 minutes and far enough to get away from the crowds and parties at an affordable price. The cottage was the perfect size, cute, clean, private, and homie - I would definitely stay again. Susan and Tom were super responsive and great hosts.
