House vacation rentals in Son Servera

We stayed for 4 nights with our two children (2y and 4y) and had a wonderful time. The place is lovely and you can have a relaxed family vacation. Especially the pool was perfect, as it is heated and a good size for the little one (but you just stay with them as it is not perfect for non swimmers).

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

The villa was a beautiful place to stay for our first holiday as a family of 3 and provided everything we needed and wanted for our holiday. Our son (11 months old) had the best time. He enjoyed the pool and being in the hammock with one of us each day. He even managed to try some of the oranges (his favourite) growing on the trees. The location itself was perfect; peaceful and quiet, with everything to make the stay comfortable (including cot and high chair) and shops etc a short drive away. It was also a great base for visiting other areas, such as Pollenca, Alcudi and Porto Cristo. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely space to take a break

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Very nice, stylish house in quiet residential area of Sollér. Nevertheless, you can walk directly to the center of the city in just a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and the house is very nice with everything you need. In particular, the kitchen is really well equipped, we did not expect that. The only small disadvantage of the house is the lack of air conditioning, but this is also openly communicated and should be known beforehand. Stephan was super friendly, helpful and had great tips and usually responds within a few minutes. We would come back anytime and really enjoyed our stay ☺️

The only problem? I can't give it 10 STARS! Marga's house is exceptional, a little gem, a real moment of happiness. We're cut off from time! Identical to the photos, very clean, very well-located. Marga is a very friendly person, the dialogue is clear and simple. Beautiful, even very beautiful touches upon arrival. The pool is a real plus, no difficulties to park. The village of Petra is super cute with all the amenities we need. If you pass by this listing, don't think twice! BOOK Thank you for everything Marga!

We had a very nice stay, the pool was very clean as was the rest of the house. This was taken care of directly in case of problems. However, the air conditioning did not work in one room, but we were provided with a fan. The owner was very good in German and was very nice and helpful. For us, the stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

An absolute dream right on the sea! The house was just perfect – with a stunning view directly of the sea, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from the terrace. Three bedrooms, the living room and kitchen also have sea views. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – everything was super clean, high-quality and thoughtfully furnished. The cave in the basement, which leads to a direct access to the sea, is also unique. From there, we went out to the sea a few times by canoe or stand-up paddle (which Roman provided free of charge!). I would especially like to highlight Roman as a host: extremely helpful, warm and with great tips on restaurants and excursions that really enriched our stay. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment and would come back any time.

A fantastic holiday in a breathtaking location. The photos don’t do it justice. The warm feel of a family holiday home with lots of space and stunning views in all weathers. The house was clean and we loved the fact that the pool was salt water rather than chlorinated. We’d love to go back.

Very cool house in the lovely town of Portocolom. There is a lot of space, multiple bathrooms, and a large beautiful courtyard and roof top. This home is fully air-conditioned and walkable to tons of restaurants and the beach. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we ended up really enjoying Portocolom. Friendly town with lots to do, close to fabulous beaches and activities, but not overcrowded. Parking was easy too. We had a great visit!

We spent 5 wonderful days in this fantastic villa – surrounded by tranquility, nature and sun. It was just perfect to really unwind and relax. The villa itself is very clean and lovingly furnished – a place to feel good. It is a bit remote, so a car is definitely an advantage to get to the beach or the nearest town. For couples who simply enjoy, relax and seek distance from everyday life, this is the ideal retreat. A big thank you also to our hosts Laura and Luis. The two are incredibly warm, gave us many great tips and were always there for us. We really highly recommend this place!

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

The stay at Finca Son Fortuny was wonderful. The villa is lovely and equipped with all the comforts. The pool is fantastic and the garden has several seats so you always have a good place to sit. Maria goes out of her way to feel at home and regularly comes for the garden and swimming pool. She also even has detergent and herbs ready. The surroundings are quiet. This place is further from the very tourist (party)spots, but the beautiful beaches and villages of the south east of Mallorca can be reached in 35 to 45 minutes. Nearby in Sant Joan you will find two small supermarkets and in 20 minutes you are in Manacor. We'd love to come back next year! Thanks Maria!

Extraordinary Villa in perfect location right above the ocean with amazing views. Very tasteful furnishing…. An extraordinary location to stay and to be. Will come back again …

Three of us spent a good week in the finca and enjoyed the time. Great location outside of Arta, 5 minutes by car from Arta. Everything was sparkling clean, the house very comfortable with spacious bathrooms and pleasantly warm even in the still cool season due to the underfloor heating. This is not self-evident for similar houses/fincas. Kitchen is super well equipped. The pool is clean and nicely laid out, but was not used by us (!), but was still a little chilly. The sauna is heated with wood and needs at least as advertised. 4 hours to heat up. Offers space for 4 people safely comfortably. Communication with Inken was always very straightforward, Inken always responded quickly. Minor issues were quickly resolved. The technology of the entrance gate didn't always work right away, but should be replaced soon. I can recommend the finca without restrictions.

It was a peaceful, quiet, exactly what we required after days spent touring the region. Well away from noise and activity of normal holiday accommodation.

The Crystal Bay is a beautiful, clean place. Florian is extremely helpful and responds quickly. The views are incredible and can be viewed from every room in the villa. The heated pool is lovely and a good size. There are plenty of places to relax inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and dining. Cala pi beach is easily accessible from the villa, it’s a short walk (down steps), there is also a couple of shops nearby with a bakery and a few really lovely restaurants. We will hopefully return in the future!

A wonderful place to stay that is highly recommended. We were very warmly welcomed by Gus and his wife, although we were only able to check in very late. Also during the stay, Gus was very attentive and inquired about our condition and gave us information with quick response time. The house is tastefully and creatively decorated, is very comfortable and cozy. A highlight are the three terraces, which we all used and enjoyed regularly. The accommodation is located directly on the edge of the forest. Birds can be seen all day, with the hoopoe and nightingale also constantly heard. A few meters from the house is the natural large sandy beach, where we could take beautiful walks barefoot and go swimming. The surrounding area offers very nice hiking opportunities on the coast and in the mountains. We liked it very much...!!!

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.
