House vacation rentals in Son Serra de Marina

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Great place, very private at the end of a dirt road (need a car), lost in nature. Very few neighbors but far away and you cannot see other houses from Maria’s place. If you want a tranquil and serene place, this is it! The lap pool is very nice and the house is quaint and small but had all we needed. As mentioned by other reviews, the beds are not very comfortable and the phone/wifi extremely spotty.

We loved our stay! Thorsten was helpful throughout and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was outstanding as was the outdoor space. Everywhere was spotless and I can genuinely say nothing needed to be improved! We loved the accommodation and three generations simply had the best time together in this exceptional place.

Thank you for this week, we were in the countryside, quiet and the accommodation was well equipped while remaining authentic.

Lovely stay at this townhouse in Pollensa. Well looked after accommodation and great location for access to Pollensa. Communication with host was excellent and we were able to check in early and check out late. Only downside was in October there was no sun at the house at all since it didn’t get high enough in the sky. We went to the beach instead which was fine but a shame not to enjoy the pool area. We would definitely return in the summer when I suspect it is a sun trap. Thank you so much we had a lovely stay.

We had an amazing stay at Leonor’s apartment. It was very large and spacious, aircon in every room, amazing terrace and pool, as well as having secure parking. The beach was 10min walk and there were some local shops and restaurants nearby as well as a reliable bus into Cala Ratjada. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Our host was very kind, responsive, and great with communication.

We had a really nice relaxing stay. You could see the sea from our bedroom. Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. Lovely to sit and read by the pool and also to eat breakfast outside in the morning sun and fresh air. (Great towels). Parking inside the property. We cooked and baked many of our meals. All-in-all we enjoyed being in Cala Pi.

Fantastic location and wonderful charming property that couldn’t be better located,literally on top of all that Pollensa offers but still incredibly quiet. We had an issue with a faulty fridge/freezer and the owner had it replaced by the afternoon which was a super response. If you want authentic Spanish living with all the modern facilities you need then this property is perfect, as it is arranged over several floors may not suit elderly guests with mobility issues. Would highly recommend if you want quiet relaxing time but the convenience of being close shops, restaurants and bars.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A perfect stay – absolutely recommended! We had a great time at this beautiful house in Mallorca. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, stylish and decorated with a lot of love for detail, there were even oranges on the dining table, a bottle of cava in the fridge and a fresh bouquet of flowers in the living room. The location is great, the pool a dream and the kitchen excellently equipped - it really had everything you need. A special thank you to the incredibly nice hosts - Francesca & Juan - super friendly, committed and with excellent communication. Great place to start cycling trips. Everything is as in the pictures. We can recommend this place. The wifi is not that good though.

An amazing find!!! Super close the Palma and a beautiful strip with lovely restaurants and beaches

We wanted to enjoy our late summer in Mallorca, close to the beach near Palma. The house was really very nice. Despite some hotel balconies, the outdoor area was very nice and cozy as it is built above the garage. We felt very safe, but still present. The house was tastefully clean! The amenities such as washing machine or the large kitchen are also very good! We would come back anytime. The shop can be reached in 12 minutes on foot, the beach in 5 minutes. Restaurants can also be reached quickly and the evening beer is also a maximum of 15 minutes walk away :). We had a great time at Catalina’s home. Everything was as described and the backyard was beautiful. We would recommend this location.

Our stay in this house was excellent. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has no lack of detail: from kitchen utensils to everyday essentials, everything was available. The rooms are spacious, nice, and each has air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The area is quiet but well connected, ideal for resting without being far from the main points of interest. Communication with the host was quick and very smooth at all times. Also, they were very flexible with the times, allowing us to get in earlier and check out later, which was very much appreciated. As a point of improvement, the water pressure was a little low and the shower was slow to warm up. In general, we highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

We had an amazing stay here! The home is beautiful and very clean. Perfect location walkable to the restaurants/bars, beaches, and port. Right in the action but also did not hear any noise at night to disrupt our rest. The garden and rooftop terraces are amazing to have space to relax outside. Phaeton was an excellent host and very helpful for check in / out and providing local recommendations. Would definitely stay again!

Francisca and Maria were warm, kind, generous and vey helpful during our month long stay in their family home in Petra. The house is very beautiful and located almost at the center of Mallorca, so we had many trips exploring the island, and then were appreciative to return to a place that felt like a home.

Very nice house. Accomodation like on the pictures, good easy communication with Catalina. Huge advantage is that downstairs is huge garage where is left beach assortment ( umbrellas, mattresses) and toys for kids. Some balls matrices for swimming pool are as well outside to use. Localisation close to shops and few restaurants. Bed mattresses were too soft for us and king size bed is making a lot of sounds. Besides this huge benefit is that house has 3 bathrooms fully equipped. Could be better cleaned, drain in one of the shower was blocked. Beside this big recommendation! You will definitely find w erything you need there :)

We had a very nice week at Toni's house. Everything was very well prepared and the fruit bowl to welcome you was super delicious. The location is very quiet and at the same time Port de Pollenca or Pollenca can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or car. We will be happy to come back. 😃

We stayed here in April with our two daughters and really enjoyed this place. Despite the fact that the photos give a good idea, we were still surprised by the beauty, size and luxury of this holiday home. The decor is beautiful and everything is brand new. We had a wonderful stay here and would return without a doubt.
