The Can Pons apartment is located in the middle of nature next to 2 other apartments. It has a parking space, barbecue and swimming pool shared with the other 2 apartments. Its location is unbeatable as we are two minutes from the beach and very close to the "Camí de Cavalls" (horseback riding trail) that will take you to Cala Mitjana or Cala Macarella. You can also find restaurants, supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby. We have been renting for many years with good reviews, but as this is a new listing, they have been deleted.

Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en-suite facilities, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. It benefits from a large balcony area, complete with BBQ and table and chairs overlooking the golf course and only 2 minutes drive to the beach. Both bathrooms have been refurbished in June 2024. The kitchen will be refurbished in February 2026 so there will be a brand new kitchen for the Easter and Summer season 2026.
