Detached house in the Son Xoriguer development, just 150 meters away you can enjoy a natural beach with crystal clear waters formed by sandy areas and other more rocky ones, very close to supermarkets, car and bicycle rental companies, a 5-minute walk away you will find the famous beaches of Son Xoriguer and Cala'n Bosch with its marina, which offers a wide variety of gastronomy, spa, nautical leisure (boat rental, diving, kayaking, surfing...), children's recreational areas...

It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Bright and welcoming house located in a quiet residential area close to the beaches at Santandria, Sa Caleta and Cala Blanca and the swimming platforms at Es Clot de Sa Cera. A 7 minute walk will take you to la playa de Santandria, where you will find a lovely tranquil sandy cove and a few bars and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed both from the cliffs between Santandria and Sa Caleta and the seafront walk to Cala Blanca.
