Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and unique views. You will stay on the main floor, but the rest of the house will be empty. You'll have the house to yourself. This cozy villa overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 600 meters away. It is an extensive sandy area of 8 km of fine sand. Nearby you have restaurants, supermarkets, bars, sports courts, etc.

We were amazed from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail, the care, concern for us that we were comfortable. Delia was also always available. The house exceeds the expected details. It's a beautiful place that the photos haven't been able to convey. Just a great detail, and this message is not for Delia or the place, but for those of us who are guests in this beautiful place, to have the consideration to pick up after our pets. Delia has taken care of cleaning, but for those of us who travel with our pets, finding a place like this is very difficult and we risk losing the chance to enjoy a place like this with them in the future.

The house is very cute, it is simple but does not need more, it fulfills its function perfectly. We also found it very clean. Nuria is charming and made it very easy for us. Just to say the apartment is a gem . with amazing views and extreme cleanliness. Comfortable bed and good quality lingerie..No car needed to go down downtown although there is a slope that is not for everyone . San Vicente de la Barquera is beautiful has good walks and eats luxury. And very close to other wonderful destinations. We didn't meet Elena in person but she was careful that everything was fine for us. We will definitely be back...

Perfect place to recharge batteries, house true to description, mountainous and very welcoming. The people in the village are very friendly, it is very nice to feel welcome, but at the same time have intimacy. The house is perfect for both summer and winter, not as difficult as you read in some comments, GPS takes you well there. And Carmen as a hostess, very attentive to your questions, super empathetic and thoughtful. Not a glue, for sure we will repeat!! Thank you so much for making us feel at home♥️

Perfect house with everything you need and the porch and garden of 10. The beds and the sofa are very comfortable. The location between the beaches and the village on a very quiet street in front of the golf course makes it an ideal place to disconnect. The enclosure is totally fenced so it was perfect to have the dog loose and enjoy it as much as we do. The owner has been attentive from the first moment. Undoubtedly a place to repeat.

In every way, this stay was 5 stars. Pablo is very accommodating and very straightforward. The apartment in prime location to the beach with many possibilities to rent equipment for surfing. An extension was also offered to us, which I would definitely have taken if we didn't have to go back earlier. We were more than satisfied with everything! Again and again very gladly and highly recommended ❣️
