Waterfront vacation rentals in Somo

It is a quiet accommodation in a village housing complex. They made sure to check the check-in requirements, and they provided useful tips during our stay. Parking space was provided in the accommodation, so I used it without any inconvenience during my stay.

The apartment is perfect. The best view from the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms are perfect. Close to the beach and restaurant zone. Elena was helpful with the queries we made and they were all facilities. 100% recommended

The apartment is great and we really liked that it included parking as it is a busy area, especially in summer. Communication with Bea was good. The location 10/10. The only thing is that there's a bit of noise at night from the bars in the area.

Great apartment in the center of Somo, very close to the ocean, surf schools, services and restaurants. Alvaro was very clear in the check-in instructions and very hospitable. The house was very well equipped.

Cuchi met us and immediately we felt at home. The location is handy for everything and on one day we cycled all around Santander as they let us use their bikes. Despite the fact that I cut my stay short the time I spent there was wonderful. The apartment was so cosy and had everything I needed, there was even tea bags and coffee provided. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. I did not know anyone in the area and they made me feel like family. I would highly recommend.

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The setting is even more special: a charming town in Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe fresh air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It's really nice to meet people like this when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Very clean apartment, nice garden included and the best thing: very very close to the beach!

Both the house and the surroundings are perfect for a few days of disconnection, especially for families.

The house was much better than we imagined. The service was perfect and everything was very clean and prepared. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-out time: it's usually at 12 noon and so there's more time to clean, but in this case it was at 11.

The worst thing about the house is that the sunset only lasts a few minutes. The house is a real spectacle. Very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the living room-kitchen is the ideal size for all guests. And the terrace is undoubtedly the most special corner of the house. Inma was attentive and was a host worthy of the house. We'll be back for sure. I can't upload a sunset. You'll have to go and experience it.

The stay was terrific. Met expectations more than 100%. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and welcoming. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You then need to look for a parking space in the city center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Charming, cozy, very clean house with everything you need for everyday life, incredible views, perfect for disconnecting and sharing with family and friends! We were with my dog and he had a lot of fun in the garden and the beach! We will definitely be back because it was great!

Our stay was unbeatable. Located on the beach of Berria, (just 2 minutes from the walking sand), perfect for families who want to enjoy the beach or for surfers. The area is very quiet and noisy, but if you want more movement in 5 minutes you are in the center of Santoña where you have all kinds of services. The accommodation is equipped with all kinds of details, complete kitchen battery, internet, table rack and storage spaces. The beds are very comfortable. All super clean and well organized. Sandra is very good host, always attentive and available to make everything perfect and offering great recommendations on places to visit and restaurants in the area. You can tell he cares about every detail to make the experience unforgettable. I will definitely be back on my next trip, I recommend it 100%.

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.
