This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The decor is impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially with the warm fireplace that adds to the charm. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

We felt at home in the accommodation from the very first day. The house is very cozy and well-equipped. We were able to observe porpoises, humpback whales, and sea otters right in front of our house. This is a place where you can find peace from the hectic everyday life. Starting points for ski tours are just a few minutes' drive away. Communication with the host was very straightforward and very friendly.

Jorun has had many guests in her house on Sommaroy. Like all guests before us, I can only confirm from the heart what a great hostess Jorun is and how comfortable we felt in her house from beginning to end!!!!! Even when arriving, the weather was anything but smooth, she was there for us with help and advice, thank you very much for that;) We will definitely come back again, on the one hand to enjoy Jorun's hospitality again and on the other hand to get a second chance to see the aurora lights, which unfortunately was not the case this time. The house impresses with its beautiful location right by the sea, we could watch the northern lights directly from the terrace. The living room invites you to spend cozy hours by the fire. In the Nordic Hotel, a 500 m walk away, there was a super breakfast buffet. We can therefore highly recommend a stay here, nothing is missing!
