Monthly Rentals in Somerset

This was the second time we have stayed at the Unique Kabin. We think it's the coolest. This year it rained the whole time we were there, to hear the rain on the tin roof and the creek flowing, it made for a very relaxing weekend. We will be staying again. Its our favorite!

I had a wonderful time at Adam's place. It had everything I needed for a comfy little getaway. Super clean. Loved the cozy decore, furniture. Adam's instructions for fans and ac were super helpful. I would love to stay again in the future.

Our third stay at Doug’s. Super host and very accommodating. This place is amazing. Impossible not to relax in the home he has created. Will be looking forward to next time.

Our stay at The Getaway was outstanding. First, we had a family issue come up when we initially booked the place but Diana worked with us and helped us rebook when we were ready. Second, Through some error of mine, I only booked for one night when we needed two. Diana, again, was willing to work with us and we rebooked for the second night on the spot. The property is amazing- Filled with geological features, hiking trails, and amazing friendly animals, (hearing turkeys "purr" when you pet them is a hoot), in a secluded, restful space. Artwork by Alma Mae sets the scene, and our son purchased a painting of a cat for his 7th birthday. In the morning we would cover ourselves in blankets on the back porch, and listen to the birds wake up and read. In the afternoons we went to the Wayne National Forest and Hocking Hills for some exploring, but the well marked and groomed trails on the property were perfect for an evening stroll. We really enjoyed our time here at The Getaway.
