Lovely Sørland house by the beach

Bring the whole family to this lovely Sørandshuset 1 min away from popular hay beach! The house is located right on the seaside with sun from morning to evening. The house and surrounding area is well arranged for families with children with lots of different facilities such as proximity to popular Høllestranda (1 min walking distance) and Åros holiday center (4 min by car) ,(15 min to walk). There are also nice hiking areas for both large and small. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms divided into 2 floors. The children's bedroom is not depicted due to exposure

Rich modern semi-detached home from 2019 with plenty of space for 2-3 families! Roof; Large roof terrace of 78 sqm with sea view. Right at the sea and a local beach. Playground right outside the door. Short way to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. House for rent during holidays. Easter is still available

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Cozy house in Vennesla near Tømmerrenna (10 min) Dyreparken (30 min), university in Agder (20 min) , and with Beach/swimming area 50 m from the house. Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one dining room. One bedroom on the second floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 2 bedrooms have family bunk beds downstairs and 90cm up The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with room for 12 persons. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber) and the National TV package is provided. Apple TV both in the living room and in the family room on the second floor.

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

Child-friendly single-family home with 4 bedrooms. Central,seaside, view,sunny, west facing, spacious and safe. Quiet street, nice for children to play on the lawn and in the garden. Sea view, 60 sqm, unobstructed enclosed porch with sun from morning to evening. Short distance to everything - such as beaches, Dyreparken, Sørlandssenteret, hiking areas, fishing spots, museum, city center, bus stop, grocery stores etc. Large, wide driveway with park. space for several cars if needed😃.

Southern idyll, close to swimming areas and the zoo

Large house with lovely garden in Vågsbygd. Three bedrooms. Possibility of double air mattress in the loft room as well. can stay two families here. Beautiful hiking areas in short proximity and swimming areas, about 20 min to the zoo and 13min to the city center by car. Garden with glazed outdoor living room and fireplace. Trampoline and playhouse. Has a large loft living room with some toys for children. Barbecue we also have which can be used by the guests.
