The apartment is located 5 minutes away from the city beach, 2 minutes away from the pedestrian street, and 10 minutes from the ferry. In the studio you will find a sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a sleeping alcove with room for two. Note: The stairs up to the loft are very steep and may therefore be a bit difficult for some people to get up and down. There are good bus connections on the neighboring street, with a direct bus to both the Sørlandssenteret shopping center and the zoo.

Cozy apartment with private terrace and good view. The apartment has a spacious living room and a private bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a good and soft double bed. In the living room there is a double sofa bed, and if necessary we can arrange an extra bed. Washed and ironed bed linens and towels are included in the price. We expect common decency and that no other residents and neighbors will be disturbed after 11 pm. We live in the house on the 2nd floor.
