We felt very comfortable and very welcome. The apartment is a nice size and is located right by the field. So you can start walking right away. The large balcony is definitely great in a warmer season. The beds are very comfortable and we slept great for 2 nights. We will be happy to come back!

The location, decor and amenities are simply a dream! The fast accessibility and easy communication with David was great, there is nothing to complain about. Thanks for everything! :)

For the second time, I had the opportunity to stay in Charity's beautiful apartment. For working, the apartment was great and despite high temperatures outside, the rooms were pleasantly cool. Everything you need for a longer stay is there. Charity is very friendly and a great host!

Was a very nice time and location in great nature

We were "unfortunately" only one night at Jennifer's. We would have liked to have stayed longer because we felt comfortable right away! Thanks to Jennifer's super detailed description, we found our way around immediately. The tips for shopping, etc. were very helpful. The apartment is very modern, bright and well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was superbly divided and exactly what we were looking for for a nice time with friends and three dogs who did not know each other before.

Torsten’s place was very comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood. The clean a good size studio has everything we needed. Even an iron board and iron . It is only 15 minutes bus ride away from the center. The bus stop is in front of the building. The communication with the host was very quick and easy. He was always ready to help. We wished we stayed longer

We booked the two apartments together with friends for cycling tours along the Weser and they were perfect for that. Everything is as described, we could start and end the day on the different balconies depending on the wind and sun. The apartments are quite noisy, but that did not bother us, as we were traveling with friends. The apartments are great, modern, clean and very tastefully decorated and the e-bikes could be safely accommodated and charged in the basement.

We felt very comfortable. The location is a dream and very nice and quiet. Everything was clean and well appointed. Tasja was always available and helpful. We definitely recommend this place, only the trash can should be emptied more often :-)

We had booked two nights as a family (4 people) and were very satisfied with the equipment and size of the apartment. The cleanliness of the premises is particularly noteworthy and bakery/ restaurants are within walking distance. In short, we had a very nice weekend and would book with Anita again at any time. House was nice and private - were warmly received with homemade jam. The property is perfectly located to visit Vellmar and Kassel. Bathroom was new and sparkling clean and soft towels were also provided. The whole house was decorated with fresh tulips from our own garden. Kitchen was super equipped (unfortunately we did not find any cutting boards). The Wi-Fi was a bit sporadic but otherwise everything was great :)

Very nice in a great environment. The mill makes some noise but after a short time you can no longer hear it. Great place to stay.

There were three of us in the cute house and there was plenty of room. Perfect location right by the forest in the immediate vicinity of the Externsteine and a lot of beautiful hiking trails through the Teutoburg Forest. Unreservedly recommended.

We spent an extended weekend in this great house with 8 people and were completely thrilled, especially by the diverse and large lounges and the park-like outdoor area. The amenities are more than extensive and we didn't miss anything. The house with its ambiance and tasteful decor is truly one of a kind. Anne gave a tour of the house, as well as tips on shopping and dining options in the area. She was also always available for questions. We definitely want to come back.

We were three couples plus kids. The place is much better than you can capture with photos. It's really perfect for families. The toys are great, great books, great garden with a mega trampoline. It was just perfect for us. We wanted to spend a lot of time there, despite the changeable weather, we were busy with everyone indoors and outdoors at all times. The kitchen is excellently equipped. If you want to look for something that is "missing", then labels on the cabinets, where something is inside. The kitchens are huge and there's soooo much. :-D So, thank you, thank you, thank you. We are looking through our calendar to see when we can come back. Best regards

Staying in this beautiful half-timbered house is always a pleasure. The house looks fantastic and is wonderfully spacious. The surroundings are beautiful. Here you can stay in peace. From sunset onwards, we were able to watch deer on the other side of the Emmer every day. Absolutely recommended!

Like every stay in this apartment, this one was not only pleasant, but perfect. We feel very comfortable and communication always works smoothly. Ms. Schönlau and Mr. Schönlau are great hosts and the apartment is large, great and comfortably furnished. As a family, there is no other option for us than this apartment! 😊The two balconies invite you to linger and barbecue. With the existing grill and the well-equipped kitchen, you can get started. The living room is cozy. The bedrooms have extremely comfortable and always clean beds. The neighborhood is quiet. The surroundings are very nice for walking and relaxing. In addition, all tourist highlights are easily accessible from this starting point. We always like to come and look forward to the next stay soon. Thank you!

The host Frank is very friendly and was easily accessible. Frank left immediately when the apartment key broke in the lock on the last night to change the lock. The apartment is beautifully decorated and cozy, the bathroom is beautifully designed, and everything you need is there. A washing machine is also there if it is a longer stay. Highly recommended.

We had a very good stay at Birgitt’s! We were a family of 2 + 1 year old baby + a dog looking to escape into something quiet and relaxing on New Year’s Eve. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and has everything it needs to make a stay pleasant! The village is very peaceful, green, nice field is nearby to walk the dog. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great 6-day stay in this beautiful, peaceful, pleasant, very clean apartment. Till was very responsive and very attentive to any needs. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of small touches, such as chocolate for the arrival, pizzas in the freezer, drinks in the fridge, books with plenty of ideas to discover the city and the surroundings. Everything is prepared with love, we were delighted! In addition: super nice and comfortable bedding, thank you so much!

Very stylishly furnished, super equipped and spacious apartment. Great location, public transport and supermarket right around the corner. Only the parking situation is not ideal, but Lena can't do anything about it;)

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean and there was everything you needed for a short stay. We even got delicious waffles from our hostess in front of the door.

The apartment is modern and well equipped and is located in a pleasant, quiet residential area. With three separate bedrooms, the apartment is very suitable for families or groups of friends. Check-in was uncomplicated thanks to good advance information. Tobias was very quick to respond to questions.
