(Female only) I have a storage room (the smaller room with the moving boxes) and then I have a larger living room that does not come in use with a balcony. The rooms are basically almost completely unfurnished. The apartment is located very centrally (5min to the commute) and takes only a quarter of an hour by commute into the city.
