The whole family can fit in our cozy, newly-renovated house where we have a large plot, a newly-built large terrace and lovely rooms. In the children's rooms there are plenty of toys, the separate guest room also has a workplace if necessary, and we have parking facilities for up to 3 cars as well as electric car charging. 1 minute to the bus station, 10 minutes to two different commuter stations and close to both green areas and water (Edsviken). We like interior design and Scandinavian design, so we hope you do too!

Perfekt boende för barn! Parkering med plats för 2 bilar, elbils laddare finns. Gångavstånd (600m) till klippbad i Fjäturen. Cykelavstånd till bad vid Rösjön. Närhet till friluftsliv och skidbacke. Cyklar för två vuxna och två yngre barn finns att låna. Extra sängar och barnsängar finns om så önskas.

The Black House - colorful style and garden

Welcome to The Black House. A charming wooden house built in 1928 with a terrass facing the south and a spacious garden. Balcony facing the north side. One master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms. Living room with a real fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. 1.5 bathrooms. The house is my private home which means it has personal items but plenty of space for storage. ABBA recorded a version of "Waterloo" in 1973 in the old studio downstairs. The studio is now a separate apartment with tenants.

My place is close to public transport, the airport, the city center, and parks. You’ll love my place because of The garden and the location. You enter the apartment, on upper floor, from an communal stair house. From the balcony you have nice views of a landscaped garden and a nice residential area. Along the Edsviken bay area you find beaches and recreation areas.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids).

With the perfect location of only 15 minutes by car to Arlanda airport and 20 minutes to Stockholm city.
