House vacation rentals in Soline

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

Our vacation in this accommodation was fantastic, the homeowners were always kind, helpful and ready to run for anything you need. Spacious and tidy house equipped with everything you need and more!

We had a great time with a group of seven in this beautiful, quiet mountain cottage. The pool was refreshing, the hot tub cozy and warm. Our hosts were always available for us in case of questions and problems. For our last evening, they recommended a delicious fish restaurant in nearby Klenovica. In the evening it was often very windy, but there were enough covered retreats in the house and in the lower area. There are numerous beaches, pretty villages and also a visit to the Plivice Lakes National Park (2 hours' drive) is worth a day trip. Thanks for everything and best regards from Fürth/Nuremberg.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Great place, down to earth and original!

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a lot of nature and a view of Krk that you know from postcards, then Adrijana's place is definitely worth a visit. The beaches can be reached in about 10 minutes by car, was no problem for us. For those who want to stay in the accommodation, there is a whirlpool. Adrijana communicates clearly before and during the visit.

The hosts Dragana and Dragan were really amazing. They were very hospitable, friendly and nice. They went an extra mile to make us feel as comfortable as possible. It was like staying with family but with total privacy. The apartment was spotless, new and very cosy. The bed is super comfortable. The outside patio offers a cosy space to enjoy your time with a glass of wine in green scenery. I would very much recommend this place and we are planning on visting again.

We had a very good stay The house has all the comforts and really beautiful garden. Picking fresh figs and herbs. Air conditioning is a plus! We liked the island of Krk very much. Beautiful beaches, beautiful small towns. Visnja had good tips for beaches and restaurants. We definitely recommend the island and this house!

The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. The stay in Dobrinja was unique, magical. A charming neighborhood where you can walk peacefully, where time flows more slowly, where the sound of the bell breaks the rhythm of the day - all this made us feel the unique atmosphere of this place. Every day, you could explore another beach, which took 15 to 25 minutes, and after sunbathing, you could relax in a charming apartment decorated in an artistic atmosphere. A spacious apartment with air conditioning and always hot water. The only downside, but not for us, is a lot of stairs. Vesna thank you for your hospitality 😊

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Our stay at the Queen Kvarna was very peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is a nice old stone building with a lot of character. Due to the thick walls the temperature inside was great. We also didn’t mind the rainy days as we just enjoyed the comfy terrace. Polanca was a good host, she gave us very useful information and great tips for the surroundings. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential and the neighbours were also very friendly and forthcoming. All in all we a had lovely time at Polanca‘s house and would definitely book again.
