House vacation rentals in Soline

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Das Haus ist relativ neu, schön möbliert und mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Alles gut klimatisiert! Sehr bequeme Betten! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min auf einem geschotterten Weg (Fahrrad und Kinderwagen tauglich!) Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Bis auf Vögel hört man dort nicht viel. Am schönsten ist die Abendsonne, die sich über das Grundstück legt und dem ganzen einen Zauber verleiht. Die Küche ist im überdachten Aussenbereich, mit großem Griller. Wir hatten vom ruhigen Sternschnuppen-Abend bis zur Poolparty alles dabei und haben jede Minute genossen. Für die Fahrt zum ruhigen Strand (keine 5min) haben wir ein Auto bekommen, da die Straße etwas holprig ist. Hatten es die 10 Tage zur freien Verfügung. Wir fanden's aber lustig, hat den Urlaub abgerundet. Für Menschen die Angst haben vor Insekten ist es vielleicht nichts, wir haben täglich was neues entdeckt :) Aber alles harmlos. Werde den abendlichen Blick aufs Meer vermissen!

la nostra vacanza in questo alloggio é stata fantastica, i proprietari di casa sono stati sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti a correre per ogni evenienza. Casa ampia e ordinata dotata di tutto ciò che serve e oltre!

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig am Berg gelegenen Ferienhaus eine tolle Zeit mit einer siebenköpfigen Gruppe. Der Pool war erfrischend, der Whirlpool kuschelig warm. Unsere Hosts waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer für uns erreichbar. Für unseren letzten Abend haben sie uns ein leckeres Fischrestaurant im nahe gelegenen Klenovica empfohlen. Abends war es häufig sehr windig, es gab im Haus und im unteren Bereich aber genug überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im Umland befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, hübsche Örtchen und auch ein Besuch im Nationalpark Plivicer Seen (2 Stunden Autofahrt) ist einen Tagesausflug wert. We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Odličan domaćin, vrlo susretljiv i ugodan. Smještaj je izgledao jednako kao na fotografijama, sve je bilo uredno i čisto. Apartman je udaljen minutu hoda od plaže. Rado ćemo se vratiti iduće godine.

Željka was a wonderful host and the accommodation was exactly as pictured and described. Every detail was looked after, and pristinely clean. To list things off: The beds were very comfy, heating and cooling was easy to use, kitchen had all the necessities, two bathrooms with plenty of towels. We loved enjoying a morning coffee on of the many balconies with relaxing, quiet, private, views, except for the sound of the kindergarten across the street. The small new grocery store has everything you’d need. Željka also recommended a local spot called Konoba pod prevolt, run by the nicest lady called Katica. Highly recommend this place.

Great place, down to earth and original!

Barbara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, immer sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Tipps. Auch leckere Sachen vom eigenen Garten gab's für uns zu verkosten. Die Lage war traumhaft ruhig, der Garten wunderbar gepflegt und der Pool herrlich! Vielen Dank für einen besonderen Urlaub!! ☺️

Wenn ihr auf der Suche seid nach einer ruhigen Unterkunft mit sehr viel Natur und einem Blick auf Krk den ihr von Postkarten kennt dann ist die Unterkunft von Adrijana definitiv ein Besuch wert. Die Strände sind mit dem Auto in cirka 10 min erreichbar, war für uns kein Problem. Für die jenigen die doch in der Unterkunft bleiben möchten gibts ein Whirpool. Adrijana kommuniziert vor und während des Besuchs klar.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und die Terrassen sind äußerst gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Lage ist zentral aber sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wie empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Wir hatten die Villa Jelena Ende Mai 2025 und haben die Buchung nicht bereut. Um es kurz zu machen: Sabina ist ein Traum von Gastgeberin, ein ganz lieber Mensch und wir haben sie schnell ins Herz geschlossen denn sie war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit - ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Die Unterkunft selbst war picobello sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sofort wohl und "heimisch" gefühlt. Das Gartengrundstück mit vielen Olivenbäumen, den vielfältigen Sitz-/Ruhegelegenheiten und dem wunderbaren Pool sorgt für das perfekte Urlaubsfeeling. Herzlichen Dank Sabina, wir kommen wieder.

We hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het is een heerlijk huis van alle gemakken voorzien en werkelijk prachtige tuin. Verse vijgen en kruiden plukken. Airco is een plus! Het eiland Krk is ons heel goed bevallen. Prachtige strandjes, mooie kleine stadjes. Visnja had goede tips voor strandjes en restaurantjes. Wij raden het eiland en dit huis zeker aan!

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Pobyt w Dobrinji był wyjątkowy, magiczny. Urokliwa okolica, po której można spokojnie spacerować, gdzie czas płynie wolniej, gdzie dźwięk dzwonu wybija rytm dnia - wszystko to sprawiło, że poczuliśmy niezwykły klimat tego miejsca. Codziennie można było zwiedzać inną plażę, na którą dojazd zajmował od 15 do 25 minut, a po plażowaniu można było odpocząć w uroczym mieszkaniu urządzonym w artystyczny klimacie. Mieszkanie przestronne, z klimatyzacją i zawsze ciepłą wodą. Jedyny minus, ale nie dla nas, to dużo schodów. Vesna dziękujemy za gościnę 😊

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Wunderschöne Location. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Sowohl die Bilder wie auch die Beschreibung haben gepasst. Einzig der Whirlpool war leider nicht wirklich beheizt. Ansonsten 10/10

Our stay at the Queen Kvarna was very peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is a nice old stone building with a lot of character. Due to the thick walls the temperature inside was great. We also didn’t mind the rainy days as we just enjoyed the comfy terrace. Polanca was a good host, she gave us very useful information and great tips for the surroundings. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential and the neighbours were also very friendly and forthcoming. All in all we a had lovely time at Polanca‘s house and would definitely book again. Thank you for everything Polanca!
