One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

In the vicinity there are numerous restaurants, a cinema, a grocery and the sanatorium. Its 39 sq. meters embrace a modern, well-equipped kitchen, new bathroom and two mega-comfy beds (one being a loft bed, both 140 cm wide). The floor is lined with natural cork to ensure cosiness and serenity.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a tenement house at Szkolna 6 in the former school building from 1886. It consists of a large room with a kitchenette, a smaller room and a bathroom.
