Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. You have a large bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom for children with a bed measuring 75x160 cm. There is a toilet, but there are showers in both the laundry room and the bathroom. (NB! The bathtub cannot be used for anything other than showering as the pipes are a bit old.) Outside, you can enjoy the sun on a sunny porch with a pavilion and garden. There is an electric car charger (NB! Without a charger) in the garage and up to 2 parking spaces. It is a 2-minute walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to the city center in 15 minutes.

This special place is very central and has access to most things in the immediate vicinity. The animal park is worth a visit. Romantic trips in the Ravnedalen valley are not to be despised. Climb the mountain top, the pigeon's nest is a 5 min walk. Grim Square and the city center offer many shops. Urban beaches are nice to visit. The city center is not far away where you have many shops or want to stop by the city beaches along the promenade by the sea. Kristiansand has so much to offer. Just across the bridge outside, there is a large playground.

Here there is room for the children to play, and safe for the parents to relax. Within walking distance to the home there are both playgrounds and beach. A four-minute drive away is the nearest grocery store. And you don't have to drive more than 30 minutes to experience some of the best the south has to offer, such as The zoo and a variety of beaches.

The house has a large capacity with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious kitchen and several outdoor areas with beautiful views!

Cozy terraced house on two floors. Here is plenty of space for several families who want to vacation together or those who want plenty of space! Two living rooms, two bathrooms, four bedrooms, dining area both in the living room and in the kitchen. We have two high chairs and a baby chair available. Beds for 8 as well as two mattresses that can be placed on the floor and a travel bed for children up to two years (we do not have a duvet for this).
