Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest with views of Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the free area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and hiking. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and kid friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want partying. Want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Here it is 5 min walking distance to the beach Screened outside and lounge area with sea view and arranged for play and fun. 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Dishwasher, washing machine, free Wi-Fi, electric car charger and gas grill available. Lots of fun for children with playhouse, nature pool, children and outdoor toys, bicycles and trampoline Kristiansand Dyrepark is 25 min drive away, Mandal 20 min away and summer square Høllen 10 min away.

Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

The cabin is from 2018 and has stunning views of the archipelago and open sea. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.
