Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

Six-meter-wide panoramic windows open onto a sunny deck for barbecuing, sharing meals, lounging, or resting in the hammock. At night, light the fire pit, pop some popcorn, and enjoy the starry sky. Families will appreciate the child-friendly setup, while adults can enjoy the bright Scandinavian design. It's an ideal base for exploring beaches, woods, Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, and more.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are suitable for two families on a trip, but also suitable for a group of friends on a fishing trip. Tovdalselva is a well-known salmon river, and large fish are caught both upstream and downstream.

Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms of which one is a dining room. One bedroom on the 2nd floor is a family room with a double bed and a sofa bed. Two bedrooms have family bunks with 180 cm beds downstairs and 90 cm upstairs. The last bedroom has a regular double bed. Dining room with space for 12 people. Heating with heating cables in the floor, heat pump and wood stove. Wireless network (fiber). AppleTV available.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here you will find good sun conditions and bathing opportunities. The place has a jetty and a well-furnished plot. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy lovely sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to drive to the grocery store. There are also public transport services nearby.

Hytten er godt isolert og har en vedovn klar til bruk.Hytten består ellers av et lite kjøkken,toalett,ett soverom og hems med dobbel seng. Sovesofa med plass til 2 i stuen.Uteområdet inneholder et stort spisebord, bålpanne og en hengekøye. Nedenfor hytta er det et vann hvor det er satt ut 8 kano som en kan låne gratis,samt en gapahuk med grillmuligheter.
