Cabin on Flekkerøy with a lovely view of Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, undisturbed outdoor area, fire pan and grill. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for children with large lawns and a small playground within 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny veranda/terrace on both sides. Nice, large hiking areas. Both prepared walkways and paths around the island. There is also an accessible coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to the swimming area with beach, Svaberg and good fishing opportunities.

Cozy cabin just by the river.

Very cozy cabin in an idyllic location. Here you can enjoy views of the river and wonderful nature. It also has a ballbinge and Setesdalsbanen nearby. The cabin is located only 10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. 100 m from bike route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor living room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need a fishing license.

Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by Tovdalselva. The apartment is completely newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The cabin is cozy, with the sea right outside the door, also got loads of hiking trails and parks nearby. 15 min walk to a lake, where there is a beach. 5 min walk to a grosery shop it is 30 min drive to Kristiandsand zoo. (dyreparken) Boat is ruind. May borrow boat of naboers on reguest ask if availble. Boat can be rented 1500kr ,- first day 500,- efter minimum 3 days. Ask if it is available. Stedet mitt er nærme 5 min walk from several nice beaches and 10 min walk from natural resort Helleviga and Romsviga. By car it takes 15 min to Kristiansand town centre.. Du vil elske stedet mitt på grunn av Fantastic sea view Nice økologic wooden massive house In the middle of the nature but still close to town . Stedet mitt er bra på par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende, familier (med barn) og pelskledde venner (kjæledyr).
