Vacation rentals with a patio in Snyderville

This was a perfect place for me and my family to stay for our ski trip. Super close to shops and restaurants. Quite area. And Loretta was super responsive and helpful.

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Exactly as described. Large TV, large and comfy bed. They had everything you would need to stay for a couple of days including laundry supplies and K cups. The area was mostly walkable; however, I wouldn’t go more than a few streets away, especially at night. Overall, I would stay here again.

Convenient location & very accessible to the Canyons side of the mountain! The neighborhood shuttle was a perk and saved us more than once from having to lug our skis around. Great setup for cooking a simple meal at home. The cherry on top was spending time in the complex’s hot tub, pool and dry sauna after a day of skiing!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

We had a great stay for a week with my parents and our two kids. Nicole was very helpful getting us settled in and everything was smooth sailing after that. Kids loved the DVD collection and the hot tub. It was an easy drive to both Park City and Canyons as well as to restaurants in town. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Beth foi todo o tempo muito proativa. A casa era excelente, nova, com todos os utensilio e material para usar e nos manter organizada. Realmente surpreendente. A casa tem bastante escadas, que no nosso caso não teve nenhum problema. Conseguimos ficar em 10 pessoas bem acomodadas, com roupa de cama e banho para todos. Fomos para uma comemoração e a casa completou nossa celebração. Agradeçõ muito a Beth por nos receber tão bem.

The house is very nice, has everything you need. It uses the space well and maximizes sleeping areas. It is very clean, close to ski slopes and restaurants. Nancy is very nice and responds very quickly and is always extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend her place!

Great hosts who responded immediately to any requests or questions. Everything as described. Very comfortable setup with fully stocked kitchen to prepare anything you might dream up.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place. We loved the beds, the huge couch and great furnishings and appliances. We enjoyed staying away from all the busyness of Park City. But everything was close and easy to get to. It was perfect for our family and allowed us to rest, play and bond. We loved the sunrises and sunsets too! I hope all my stays can be as great as this one!

⸻ This was my third time using Airbnb, and I was a bit weary because my first two experiences were extremely disappointing. But this place was fantastic—exactly as described and perfect for us! The house was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and Leo was a wonderful host: very responsive and helpful. When the ceiling fan didn’t work, he quickly brought over a portable AC unit and an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Salt Lake City, don’t look anywhere else! This is absolutely one of the best AirBnb rentals we have stayed in. We loved how clean it was, had EVERYTHING we would ever need, and it was so peaceful and relaxing sitting outside in the evening. We loved the neighborhood. The bed was so comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Tami was a great host. The apartment had everything we need for the days we were there. It was clean and the location was perfect. The free shuttle service made it easy to get around. The clubhouse had a great pool, jacuzzi and sauna which we used after skiing. Overall a great stay.

Imagine walking into a pristine, fresh smelling home where every single detail has been expertly curated to create the most welcoming and peaceful experience. Now add to that a super comfortable bed, well-stocked amenities and well-designed spaces for relaxing, playing, and working. That’s this place. I’ve stayed in literally dozens of Airbnbs and something about this one stood out in all the best ways. Jennifer literally thought of EVERYTHING from bedside charging pads, to labels and instructions on all the need-to-know items, to even leaving a welcome gift and handwritten note. I loved watching the sunset from the hot tub after a long day at the office, reliving my youth playing PAC Man and getting the best, restorative sleep in the comfortable bed. Grateful for the wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Paul was by far one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of renting from! The condo was exactly as described and it was a clean, cozy and wonderful place for my husband and I to experience Park City for the first time at! It was only a 5 minute walk to the Cabriolet gondola and the unit was easy to get to and easy to access. We enjoyed the patio area and the unit was fully stocked with amenities for us to use. Paul was very responsive anytime we had a question and overall it was a GREAT value for the money! The clubhouse was close and had a great pool and two hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor, and it was very useful after a day of snowboarding. I highly recommend this unit and Paul for anyone who is staying on the Canyons side of Park City!

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

We spent significant time in the condo as it was Christmas. TVs in main area and loft were modern, large, and worked great; sofas were comfortable, and wi-fi worked great throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the wireless device chargers next to the bed on either side in the loft; it would be nice to have one downstairs in the common area or bedroom. There were plenty of outlets in convenient locations throughout the condo. The kitchen appliances worked great and we had more than enough plates, utensils, mugs, bowls, pans, etc. The showers were a pleasant experience. There were utility noises expected in a multi-unit building throughout the day/night, but we never heard people noise and the space felt very private. It was really nice to have garage parking. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, and getting around. The provided instructions were clear, professional, and well organized. Meghan was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Nicely remodeled condo with all the necessary amenities and a well-appointed kitchen. It was perfect for a ski week with my daughter. The owner is both responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Had an amazing time staying at Powderwood. Great location with easy access to local shuttles and nearby shopping plaza’s. Joe was very accommodating and went the extra mile to provide us with an air mattress on our 2nd night there. He was extremely communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting park city! Thanks Joe!

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
